Hoxh\u00ebt e sotit duhen t`a dijn\u00eb ndryshimin me shqiptar\u00ebt e permendur m\u00eb lart\u00eb dhe neve t\u00eb sotit, se ne dijm\u00eb shkrim-lexim, se ne sot flasim shum\u00eb gjuh\u00eb t\u00eb huaja, se edhe ne t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt dijm\u00eb t\u00eb shkruajm\u00eb dhe lexojm\u00eb edhe arabisht, perve\u00e7 tjerash, n\u00ebse kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme.<\/p>\n<p>Mos i keqinterpretoni gj\u00ebrat, mos na ngulfatni. Na leni rehat n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn ton\u00eb q\u00eb na e ka caktuar vet\u00eb per\u00ebndia. Rruga e jon\u00eb, ajo e trajektores s\u00eb DIELLIT, \u00ebsht\u00eb e vetmja rrug\u00eb q\u00eb ne sot e dijm\u00eb dhe mundemi, dhe do t`a ndjekim.<\/p>\n<p>Mos na i pudrosni gjeneratat e reja, me pluhurin e rrug\u00ebs pa dalje. Europa jemi ne.<\/p>\n<p>Ne shqiptar\u00ebt mysliman\u00eb kemi praktikuar ato pak rite t\u00eb mbetura nga okupimi shum\u00ebshekullor turko- mysliman dhe jemi ballafaquar me problemet e v\u00ebrteta t\u00eb jet\u00ebs, qoft\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb mbijetes\u00eb apo nj\u00eb jet\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb. Vler\u00ebsimi i t\u00eb huajve ishte se jemi \u201cmysliman\u00eb t\u00eb leht\u00eb\u201d. Por, \u00e7far\u00eb u mendua kur na quajt\u00ebn \u201cmysliman\u00eb t\u00eb leht\u00eb\u201d? Europa na don vet\u00ebm k\u00ebshtu. Ato le t\u00eb punojn\u00eb p\u00ebr ata q\u00eb duan, por pa kurrfar\u00eb imponimi ligjor p\u00ebr t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>Jam konsultuar me nj\u00eb literatur\u00eb t\u00eb sh\u00ebndosh\u00eb nga burimet arabe dhe \u00e7do fjali q\u00eb e p\u00ebrmendi n\u00eb teksin e m\u00eb posht\u00ebm e ka burimin e shkruar, prej nga \u00ebsht\u00eb shk\u00ebputur.<\/p>\n<p>Do i p\u00ebrmendi termet arabe p\u00ebr mbules\u00eb t\u00eb femres t\u00eb cilat po keqp\u00ebrdoren nga ata q\u00eb po iu shkon p\u00ebr shtati : hij\u00e2b (higjab) ; jilb\u00e2b (gjilbab) ; khim\u00e2r.( himar)<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7ka thot\u00eb libri i shenjt\u00eb p\u00ebr vellon? Asgj\u00eb. Bile asgj\u00eb. Kurrkund nuk p\u00ebrmendet koka e femr\u00ebs. Fjala \u201cflok\u00ebt\u201d (sha`ar) aty nuk gjindet fare. Zoti nuk thot\u00eb asgj\u00eb as p\u00ebr mbulimin e as p\u00ebr zbulimin e flok\u00ebve. Nuk ishte q\u00ebllimi i ardhjes s\u00eb Kur`anit q\u00eb t`i m\u00ebsoj njerzit se si t\u00eb vishen. Fjala vello, me q\u00ebllimin se si i ipet sot, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e fjalorit dhe porosive kuranore. Velloja \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb \u201ckrijes\u00eb\u201d e shariatit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kurani dhe Hijab-i<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nga historia dhe origjina, bartja e Hijabit \u00ebsht\u00eb institucionalizuar nga\u201d Sharia\u201d, ligji fetar i Islamit. Hijabi \u00ebsht\u00eb i nd\u00eblidhur vet\u00ebm me dy vargje t\u00eb Kuranit, dhe iu \u00ebsht\u00eb imponuar musliman\u00ebve. Pra nuk parashifet asnj\u00eb ndales\u00eb e as denim p\u00ebr femrat e shpluara. ( e p\u00ebrkthyer dhe e spjeguar nga Muhammad Asad\u201d Mesazhet e Kur`anit\u201d (Dar el- Andalus 1984). Himari, dhe p\u00ebrdorimi i tij sh\u00ebrben p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbuluar gjoksin lakuriq t\u00eb femr\u00ebs s\u00eb koh\u00ebs \u201c dhe q\u00eb\u201d gjoksi nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb , q\u00eb pa tjet\u00ebr duhet t\u00eb shihet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2- Surja 59 ( Al Ahzab) vargjet 58-59<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cBartje e hijabit n\u00eb urdh\u00ebrin e dyt\u00eb t\u00eb Koranit\u201d. Sipas tij n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb si femrat ashtu edhe meshkujt binin pre e provokimeve dhe shkeljeve morale. N\u00ebse femra muslimane duhej t\u00eb mveshte nj\u00eb pelerin\u00eb t\u00eb madhe, kur dilte nga sht\u00ebpija, arsyeja ishte q\u00eb t\u00eb mos ngacmon me pamjen e saj dhe t\u00eb sulmohet.<\/p>\n<p>Bartja e vellos, hijabit nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb urdh\u00ebr koranik. Sayed \u201c Women in Islam : Hijab(Islamic Reaserch Fondation International, 1998)<\/p>\n<p>Kurse, Zonja Nazira Zin al-Din n\u00eb Al Sufur Wa`l-hijab ( Beirut, Quzma Publication) shkruan \u201c Moraliteti im dhe vet\u00ebdija ime pa njolla \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e vler\u00ebshme se sa bartja e mbules\u00ebs. Asgj\u00eb e mir\u00eb nuk duhet t\u00eb pritet nga pamja( dukja) e jashtme, t\u00eb gjitha t\u00eb mirat dhe virtytet q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb ne mbrendin\u00eb time.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Bartja e mbuleses s\u00eb femr\u00ebs esht\u00eb b\u00ebr sot n\u00eb disa vende nj\u00eb deshir\u00eb politike, nj\u00eb teatralizim i deshir\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb e lir\u00eb. Krejt se \u00e7ka mendojm\u00eb p\u00ebr femr\u00ebn t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtjellet apo jo, n\u00eb Kor`an nuk gjendet asnj\u00eb p\u00ebrshkrim i till\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-thumbnail wp-image-7236\" title=\"Mbulesa me ferexhe\" src=\"http:\/\/www.shkoder.net\/images\/fjala\/2011\/mbulesa_me_ferexhe2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" \/>Hijabi dhe injoranca \u00ebsht\u00eb mb\u00ebshtjell\u00ebsi q\u00eb e mbulon zemr\u00ebn, dhe e pengon k\u00ebrkimin e s\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb pasur qasje n\u00eb bashkim me Zotin dhe q\u00eb e pengon njohjen e m\u00ebsheft\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb mbrendshme.. Atributet dhe sjelljet tona negative si egocetrizmi, lakmia, materializmi, egoizmi, deshira, kerkesat tona dhe \u00e7fryt\u00ebzimi i kufizuar i vetvet\u00ebs si nj\u00eb mbuloj\u00eb e trash\u00eb do t\u00eb pengon drit\u00ebn e shenjt\u00eb t\u00eb Zotit t\u00eb ndriqon zemrat tona. Me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast ne e injorojm\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn, unin ton\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb dhe mbesim n\u00eb kufirin me pamjen e s\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs. Sipas Kor`anit, \u201dvelloja dhe terri \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb syt\u00eb e t\u00eb padijshmit, t\u00eb largojm\u00eb mosdijen e t\u00eb ballafaqohemi m\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hijabi \u2013 mbules\u00eb e mbrendshme shpirt\u00ebrore<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Emri \u201cHijab( Higjab) n\u00eb Kur`an vet\u00ebm 7 her\u00eb p\u00ebrmendet, pes\u00eb prej tyre si \u201cHijab\u201d dhe dy her\u00eb si \u201cHijaban\u201d. Shifni 7:46, 17:45, 19: 17, 33:53, 38:32, 41: 5, 42 :51. Asnj\u00ebher\u00eb fjala \u201cHijab\u201d nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur, si po na thuhet sot nga t\u00eb pangopshmit n\u00eb lidhje \u201cme kodin e veshjes s\u00eb femr\u00ebs muslimane. Velloja apo hijabi n\u00eb Kuran nuk ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj aspak me ligjet e veshjes s\u00eb femr\u00ebs, bile as asaj arabe.<\/p>\n<p>Sot, krejt kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb vendosur diktaturat n\u00eb shtetet e caktuara t\u00eb bot\u00ebs, p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar nj\u00eb kund\u00ebrsulm nga t\u00eb moderuarit e p\u00ebr t\u00eb pasur alibi p\u00ebr shtrirje t\u00eb tyre. S`ka aspak t\u00eb b\u00ebj me Islamin e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Tarik Suwaidan thot: \u201c N\u00eb shum\u00eb vende arabe tradita e moqme ka rifilluar t\u00eb praktikohet. N\u00ebse e hedhim nj\u00eb v\u00ebshtrim t\u00eb thell\u00eb p\u00ebr at\u00eb q\u00eb ishte praktikuar n\u00eb shekullin e 7-t\u00eb, ne do t\u00eb shofim shum\u00eb qart\u00eb \u201c n\u00eb sht\u00ebpit\u00eb e kohes nuk kishte mure dhe duhej t\u00eb veheshin perde p\u00ebr t`u ndar\u00eb burrat nga grat\u00eb, dhe se ato gra muslimane nuk duheshin t\u00eb bashk\u00ebbisedonin me burrat dhe t\u00eb q\u00ebndronin t\u00eb ndara pas nj\u00eb perdeje..\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Pavar\u00ebsisht nga pohimet e erudit\u00ebve( dijetar\u00ebve) konservator\u00eb, nuk ka asnj\u00eb baz\u00eb n\u00eb\u201d Librin e Shenjt\u00eb \u201cp\u00ebr mb\u00ebshtjelljen e femrave si gj\u00eb t\u00eb obligueshme, por p\u00ebrpjekja e tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb sulm i t\u00ebrthot\u00eb n\u00eb imponimin torturues ndaj suverenitetit t\u00eb grave, dhe se t\u00eb gjitha autoritetet e pavarura e v\u00ebrtetojn\u00eb se nuk ka asnj\u00eb baz\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebto urdh\u00ebresa kufizuese. P\u00ebrveq k\u00ebsaj, ideja se Per\u00ebndia apo al-Ll\u00e2h i preferon grat\u00eb e mbuluara ose q\u00eb trupi i grave \u00ebsht\u00eb awra, vjen ngase grat\u00eb duhen t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb mbrojtura ndaj sulmit t\u00eb burrave dhe shoq\u00ebris\u00eb imorale, kurse hijabi \u00ebsht\u00eb i rrem\u00eb dhe vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb penguar qasjen e gruas n\u00eb pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb arsimore, sociale dhe politike.<\/p>\n<p>Kurse n\u00eb tokat mbar\u00ebshqiptare, qellimet shihen prej kosmosit dhe jan\u00eb t\u00eb qarta: lufta p\u00ebr pushtet, dhe p\u00ebrkushtimi p\u00ebr t\u00eb d\u00ebrguar n\u00eb vend porosin\u00eb e porosit\u00ebsve.Shkolla \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb vend i formimit e i edukimit t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb rinj p\u00ebr t`i p\u00ebrgatitur t\u00eb jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri laike me respekt t\u00eb liris\u00eb fetare. N\u00eb shkollat tona n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb ka katolik\u00eb, mysliman\u00eb, protestan, ortodoks, t\u00eb padeklaruar, ata jan\u00eb aty t\u00eb jetojn\u00eb si njer\u00ebz t\u00eb lir\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha pik\u00ebpamjet fetare. N\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, bartja e shamis\u00eb u imponohet vajzave t\u00eb reja, qoft\u00eb nga familja, qoft\u00eb nga bashk\u00ebfetar\u00ebt. Ajo shpreh nj\u00eb p\u00ebrulje jo ndaj Per\u00ebndis\u00eb, por ndaj presionit t\u00eb rrethit. Bartja e shamis\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb shpreh manifestimin e nj\u00eb integrizmi fetar e q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i rreziksh\u00ebm p\u00ebr ne, pasi k\u00ebtu jemi edhe jomysliman\u00ebt t\u00eb nj\u00eb kombi, gjuhe dhe historie.<\/p>\n<p>Stigmatizimi i femr\u00ebs myslimane n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb fenomen i ri i shfaqur pas luft\u00ebs s\u00eb fundit dhe debati lidhur me shamin\u00eb islamike i ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb nj\u00eb dimension t\u00eb ri.<br \/>\nBoll mo !
