Gam\u00ebs s\u00eb gjer\u00eb t\u00eb botimeve q\u00eb trajtojn\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi i shtohet edhe libri Diaspora dhe vendlindja t\u00eb autorit Xheladin Zeneli.<\/p>\n<p>Libri n\u00eb fjal\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i karakterit publicistik dhe paraqet nj\u00eb p\u00ebrmbledhje t\u00eb artikujve, intervistave dhe d\u00ebshmive q\u00eb n\u00eb fokus kan\u00eb pozit\u00ebn dhe statusin e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi. \u00cbsht\u00eb p\u00ebr tu p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndetur angazhimi dhe guximi i autorit i cili tash dy dekada jeton dhe punon n\u00eb Nju Jork(SHBA) q\u00eb trajton tema t\u00eb tilla q\u00eb ekskluzivitet kan\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjen komb\u00ebtare shqiptare n\u00eb ket\u00eb mjedis. Ndonse i larguar nga vendlindja autori me vemendje ka p\u00ebrcjellur ngjarjet duke analizuar dhe komentuar ata sipas qasjes personale.<\/p>\n<p>Artikujt e botuar d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb transparente qasjen analitike p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjen shqiptare n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi. Autori p\u00ebrve\u00e7 s\u00eb afron argumente ai ka qasje kritike ndaj dukurive dhe devijimeve nga pushtetar\u00ebt e Malit t\u00eb Zi t\u00eb cil\u00ebt nuk kan\u00eb pasur gadishm\u00ebri dhe vullnet politik si m\u00eb par\u00eb edhe tash p\u00ebr realizimin praktik t\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave p\u00ebr pakicat komb\u00ebtare sipas standard\u00ebve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n<p>Duke par\u00eb mos koordinimin e subjekteve politike t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve ai apelon se \u00ebsht\u00eb momenti i fundit q\u00eb k\u00ebto subjekte t\u00eb len\u00eb anash interesat e ngushta personale apo t\u00eb klaneve t\u00eb ndryshme, por t\u00eb gjejn\u00eb kompromis p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjet madhore, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb pozita dhe statusi politik i shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi. \u00c7\u00ebshtjet p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse autori i trajton pa subjektiviz\u00ebm duke mos qen\u00eb konformist\u00eb, por kritik dhe parimor ashtu si i ka hije nj\u00eb personi me imazhin e formuar intelektual.<\/p>\n<p>I pak\u00ebnaqur me pozit\u00ebn e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb ket\u00eb mjedis autori jep dor\u00ebheqje nga funksioni i deputetit n\u00eb Kuvendin e Malit t\u00eb Zi n\u00eb fund t\u00eb vitit 1991 dhe largohet nga vendlindja kur ish-Jugosllavia ishte n\u00eb shp\u00ebrb\u00ebrje t\u00eb plot\u00eb dhe shovinizmi serbomadh ishte n\u00eb ekspansion. Autori m\u00eb zem\u00ebr t\u00eb plagosur emigron nga vendlindja por m\u00eb vehte bart\u00eb kujtime t\u00eb hidhura t\u00eb cilat i ka p\u00ebrjetuar personalisht.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb ve\u00e7anti p\u00ebrkujton at\u00eb t\u00eb mobilizimit t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve p\u00ebr luft\u00eb dhe dezertimit t\u00eb tyre n\u00eb Sutorman n\u00eb korrik t\u00eb vitit 1991, duke p\u00ebrkujtuar fatin tragjik t\u00eb kosovar\u00ebve n\u00eb Tivar m\u00eb 1 prill 1945.Dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht ky mobilizim fatkeq q\u00eb ndikoj n\u00eb emigrimin e dhunsh\u00ebm t\u00eb rinis\u00eb shqiptare duke u larguar pa d\u00ebshir\u00eb nga vatrat e tyre familjare.Nj\u00eb emigrim i till\u00eb pati pasoja t\u00eb vazhdueshme sepse pas f\u00ebmijve shkuan edhe antar\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb t\u00eb familjeve duke l\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb shkreta vendbanimet e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Autori i librit na ofron t\u00eb dh\u00ebna m\u00eb interes p\u00ebr diaspor\u00ebn shqiptare e cila p\u00ebrve\u00e7 s\u00eb ka ndihmuar materialisht n\u00eb vendlindje ajo po ashtu \u00ebsht\u00eb angazhuar edhe n\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtarizimin e \u00e7\u00ebshtjes shqiptare n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi. N\u00eb ket\u00eb aspekt \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe d\u00ebshmia n\u00eb Kongresin amerikan(30 tetor 2003), por edhe mbledhja e fakteve p\u00ebr pozit\u00ebn e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi organizuar nga Liga Qytetare Shqiptaro-Amerikane, ku ka qen\u00eb i pranish\u00ebm kongresmeni Tom Lantosh, presidenti i Lig\u00ebs Xho Dioguardi etj.Nj\u00eb veprim i till\u00eb d\u00ebshmon qart\u00eb pasionin komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb diaspor\u00ebs son\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb avancuar pozit\u00ebn dhe statusin politik t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb trojet e tyre n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi edhe n\u00eb instancat m\u00eb t\u00eb larta t\u00eb shtetit amerikan.<\/p>\n<p>Ne k\u00ebt\u00eb botim autori paraqet homazhe p\u00ebr personalitetet e shquara t\u00eb politik\u00ebs amerikane t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb angazhuar drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb p\u00ebr prezantimin e \u00e7\u00ebshtjes shqiptare n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi dhe asaj n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, para Kongresit amerikan, sikurse ishin Tom Lantosh dhe Henri Hajd. Jan\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht k\u00ebta miq t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve dhe t\u00eb parimeve demokratike t\u00eb cil\u00ebt njoftuan opinionin e gjer\u00eb n\u00eb lidhje me pozit\u00ebn dhe statusin e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi.<\/p>\n<p>Botimin e pasuron nj\u00eb rezime n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn angleze p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjet me interesante t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb trajtuar, duke i ofruar edhe lexuesve anglisht fol\u00ebs d\u00ebshmi t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjen shqiptare. Kronologjia e prezantuar ne lib\u00ebr p\u00ebr periudh\u00ebn prej dy dekadave(1990-2010), paraqet nj\u00eb dosje n\u00eb miniantur\u00eb p\u00ebr ngjarjet m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00ebdishme n\u00eb sken\u00ebn politike dhe shoq\u00ebrore p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk ka dilem\u00eb se ajo mund t\u00eb pasurohet dhe t\u00eb zgjerohet, madje mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb edhe inspirim p\u00ebr hulumtime t\u00eb ndryshme publicistike. Nd\u00ebrsa albumi i prezantuar botimin e pasuron n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb sepse shum\u00eb \u00e7ka prezantohet n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb faktografike, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb cil\u00ebsi e botimeve serioze n\u00eb bot\u00ebn bashk\u00ebkohore. K\u00ebtij vler\u00ebsimi duhet shtuar edhe p\u00ebrgatitjen cil\u00ebsore teknike e artistike q\u00eb d\u00ebshmon me qasjen serioze t\u00eb stafit botues, q\u00eb nuk ka dilem\u00eb s\u00eb do t\u00eb mir\u00ebpritet nga lexuesit dhe opinioni i gjer\u00eb kulturor.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb saj\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtj\u00ebs dhe trajtimit t\u00eb temave libri Diaspora dhe vendlindja d\u00ebshmon s\u00eb bashk\u00ebkombasit tan\u00eb n\u00eb diaspor\u00eb edhe pse kan\u00eb emigruar ata jan\u00eb pjes\u00eb e pandar\u00eb e vendlindjes.
