Njoftimi pason disa lajme n\u00eb shtyp rreth ngritjes s\u00eb nj\u00eb grupi pune p\u00ebr hetimin, por dhe reaksionin e fort\u00eb t\u00eb disa medieve qeveritare kund\u00ebr k\u00ebtij lajmi. Bile as nj\u00eb kompani q\u00eb ka s\u00eb bashku me Delijorgjin p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar deri hidrocentrale, nuk ja prek\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>Prokuroria i kishte faktet p\u00ebr Fahri Balliun. P\u00ebr t\u00eb n\u00eb dosjen e prokuroris\u00eb jan\u00eb shkresat e komandantit t\u00eb Divizionit q\u00eb ankohet se nj\u00eb kompani private nd\u00ebrtimi po prish pa leje nd\u00ebrtesa ushtarake p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar nj\u00eb fabrik\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ushtarak\u00ebt e gjor\u00eb nuk din\u00eb gj\u00eb. Ishte kompania ku Fahri Balliu ishte pronar duke p\u00ebrdorur emrin e vajz\u00ebs s\u00eb tij, at\u00ebher\u00eb ende e mitur. Por Fahri Balliu bombardoi 30 dit\u00eb Ina Ram\u00ebn n\u00eb faqe t\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb gazet\u00ebs p\u00ebr nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje ordinere, dhe nuk u thirr kurr\u00eb n\u00eb prokurori p\u00ebr t\u00eb d\u00ebshmuar, edhe pse \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuesi me letra i Fabrik\u00ebs s\u00eb Vdekjes.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb pas ai \u00ebsht\u00eb dokumentuar nga kabllogramet si njeriu q\u00eb i b\u00ebn presion drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb shp\u00ebtuar Bash\u00ebn nga burgu apo p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbyllur \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e G\u00ebrdecit. Gazeta e tij p\u00ebr tri dit\u00eb rresht po sulmon prokurorin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndalur tentativ\u00ebn e saj p\u00ebr t\u00eb rijet\u00ebsuar k\u00ebto dosje. Dhe prokuroria gjunj\u00ebzohet dhe njofton pa ja k\u00ebrkuar askush se nuk ka ngritur grup pune p\u00ebr t\u00eb rihapur hetimet.<\/p>\n<p>Problemi \u00ebsht\u00eb se prokuroria nuk duhet t\u2019i jap\u00eb llogari opinionit publik se \u00e7far\u00eb po b\u00ebn dhe k\u00eb po heton. Ajo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb zyr\u00eb shtypi q\u00eb informon p\u00ebr dit\u00ebn e saj t\u00eb pun\u00ebs. Ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb institucion hetimi, dhe hetimi \u00ebsht\u00eb pun\u00eb profesionale q\u00eb zhvillohet brenda nj\u00eb kuadri ligjor t\u00eb mir\u00ebp\u00ebrcaktuar. Nuk e kuptoj se si mund t\u00eb quhet e plot\u00eb d\u00ebshmia e Luan Hoxh\u00ebs n\u00eb prokurori pa pjes\u00ebn q\u00eb ia ka d\u00ebshmuar n\u00eb zyr\u00eb ambasadorit Withers.<\/p>\n<p>Prokurori i k\u00ebsaj \u00e7\u00ebshtje nuk ka nevoj\u00eb t\u00eb ngrej\u00eb grup pune, por ka nevoj\u00eb ta dokumentoj\u00eb si prov\u00eb dhe t\u00eb rith\u00ebrras\u00eb p\u00ebr d\u00ebshmi Luan Hoxh\u00ebn dhe Shk\u00eblzen Berish\u00ebn. Pra, nuk e shikoj t\u00eb nevojshme q\u00eb prokuroria t\u00eb na sqaroj\u00eb se nuk po heton, dhe as t\u00eb na sqaroj\u00eb se do hetoj\u00eb. N\u00ebse ata i shmangin k\u00ebto informacione, ata jan\u00eb duke anashkaluar hetimin e disa krimeve t\u00eb r\u00ebnda, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat do t\u00eb jen\u00eb m\u00eb von\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kontekst un\u00eb nuk jam zhg\u00ebnjyer pse prokuroria nxiton t\u00eb thot\u00eb se nuk jemi duke u marr\u00eb me kabllogramet, por jam tmerr\u00ebsisht i shqet\u00ebsuar nga ringjallja e instiktit t\u00eb frik\u00ebs s\u00eb k\u00ebtij institucioni ndaj sulmeve verbale t\u00eb \u201czagar\u00ebve t\u00eb sulmit\u201d t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs, ndaj procedur\u00ebs s\u00eb hetimit n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi. \u00cbsht\u00eb e frikshme q\u00eb prokuroria mes thirrjes d\u00ebshp\u00ebruese t\u00eb zonj\u00ebs Durda, q\u00eb k\u00ebrkon drejt\u00ebsi p\u00ebr djalin e saj t\u00eb vrar\u00eb dhe hak\u00ebrrimit t\u00eb Fahri Balliut, q\u00eb ka p\u00ebrdorur emrin e f\u00ebmij\u00ebs s\u00eb tij p\u00ebr nj\u00eb biznes fitimprur\u00ebs deri n\u00eb vdekje f\u00ebmij\u00ebsh, prokuroria t\u00eb ndikohet nga hak\u00ebrrimat e k\u00ebtij t\u00eb dytit. \u00cbsht\u00eb e turpshme q\u00eb mes fakteve t\u00eb r\u00ebnda q\u00eb lidhin direkt Shk\u00eblzen Berish\u00ebn me biznesin vdekjeprur\u00ebs dhe sulmeve t\u00eb TV Klanit ndaj prokuroris\u00eb, kjo e fundit t\u00eb reagoj\u00eb p\u00ebr tu shfaj\u00ebsuar para qendr\u00ebs s\u00eb z\u00ebrit t\u00eb Sali Berish\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Ne nuk duhet t\u2019i japim direktiva prokuroris\u00eb se k\u00eb dosje t\u00eb hap\u00eb e k\u00eb t\u00eb mbyll\u00eb pas k\u00ebsaj historie, por ne duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebhemi gardh para prokuroris\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019i th\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb mos trembet nga kuisjet e fundit t\u00eb atyre q\u00eb kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebrijn\u00eb dhjet\u00ebra n\u00ebna shqiptare nga fatkeq\u00ebsit\u00eb q\u00eb u kan\u00eb shkaktuar. Ne e kemi detyr\u00eb t\u00eb jemi n\u00eb an\u00ebn e prokuroris\u00eb p\u00ebr ta \u00e7uar n\u00eb fund pun\u00ebn e saj dhe p\u00ebr mos ta l\u00ebn\u00eb at\u00eb vet\u00eb t\u00eb trembet nga \u201czagar\u00ebt e gjuetis\u00eb\u201d t\u00eb pushtetit.
