Grek\u00ebt po shk\u00ebputen nga nd\u00ebrgjegjja e tyre e dekadave \u201cPapandreo-Micotaqis-Karamanlis\u201d dhe po rind\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsohen p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb re. N\u00eb p\u00ebrballje t\u00eb eg\u00ebr, por edhe n\u00eb nj\u00eb prov\u00eb t\u00eb fort\u00eb ekzistenciale politike \u00ebsht\u00eb me atdheun e tij, Kryeministri i sot\u00ebm, bir i ish-kryeministrit Papandreu. Jorgos (Papandreut) i ra shorti t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb mandatin e falimentit financiar t\u00eb shtetit t\u00eb tij amtar.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr mend\u00ebsin\u00eb publike t\u00eb sotme, n\u00eb Greqin\u00eb fqinje, po krijohet ideja se duhet t\u00eb braktiset nd\u00ebrgjegjja manipulative q\u00eb solli klasa politike e pasviteve \u201980 n\u00eb vend. Jetuan me kredi dhe shumuan pasurit\u00eb individuale, por zhvat\u00ebn dhe zhvat\u00ebn shtetin, duke e sjell\u00eb at\u00eb n\u00eb gjendjen e katastrof\u00ebs dhe \u201ckryq\u00ebzimit\u201d fatal. Varf\u00ebrimin e financave publike qeverit\u00eb e rotacionit grek e lan\u00eb jetim dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb e shpall\u00ebn \u201cbij\u00eb t\u00eb gjithkujt\u201d. Greqia sot \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201cshtatz\u00ebn\u00eb\u201d me dilem\u00ebn e p\u00ebrmbysjes s\u00eb elit\u00ebs dhe arketipit t\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimit politik.<\/p>\n

Italian\u00ebt jan\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb situat\u00eb zierje. Buxheti dhe rreziku italian i kriz\u00ebs financiare \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnim potencial dhe pse jo ekzistencial, p\u00ebr Europ\u00ebn. Kryeministri m\u00eb jet\u00ebgjat\u00eb i dekadave t\u00eb fundit n\u00eb Itali, skandalozi i zot Berluskoni, \u00ebsht\u00eb i vet\u00eblodhur si kryeqeveris\u00ebs i vendit. Natyrisht, jo p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb qeverisjes, por p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb skandaleve q\u00eb gjeneroi n\u00eb vitet e pleq\u00ebris\u00eb qeveris\u00ebse.<\/p>\n

Ballkani, t\u00eb cilit pas viteve 1990 i ndryshoi historia, ka hyr\u00eb tashm\u00eb n\u00eb rrjedh\u00ebn e epok\u00ebs s\u00eb bashk\u00ebjetes\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjes pa antagonizma t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjakshme etnike. Ekonomia e tij ka ndryshuar, por asimetria brenda rajonit \u00ebsht\u00eb ende e fort\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrmbajt\u00ebsisht amorfe. Nd\u00ebrgjegjja respektuese p\u00ebr rrjedh\u00ebn integruese n\u00eb raport me Europ\u00ebn, ndryshon sidomos mes shqiptar\u00ebve dhe serb\u00ebve, maqedonasve etj.<\/p>\n

Politika plurale e tranzicionit postkomunist \u00ebsht\u00eb gjeratorja e nj\u00eb ndryshimi t\u00eb madh n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rajon, por m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti n\u00eb shtetet p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00ebse t\u00eb tij. T\u00eb gjitha shtetet e Ballkanit sjellin n\u00eb historin\u00eb e dy dekadave t\u00eb fundit p\u00ebrvoja vetjake dhe tipologjike t\u00eb qeverisjes dhe zhvillimit politik. Dominon n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb sjellje pragmatizmi dhe korrupsioni, sikund\u00ebr m\u00eb evident \u00ebsht\u00eb shfarosja e tabus\u00eb p\u00ebr integritet komb\u00ebtar dhe sidomos interes komb\u00ebtar. Sjelljet dhe pramatit\u00eb politike t\u00eb kryeministrave dhe ministrave tan\u00eb, jan\u00eb vijueshm\u00ebrisht me gjurm\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrmbajtje antiligjore.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb tipologji t\u00eb krahasueshme dhe natyrisht vetjake, p\u00ebrfshihet edhe Shqip\u00ebria. N\u00eb k\u00ebto 20 vjet t\u00eb postkomunizmit, shqiptar\u00ebt kryen procesin e braktisjes s\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegjes kolektive dhe dogmatike, duke hyr\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb ku nd\u00ebrgjegjja zhvilluese e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb bashk\u00ebjetoi me anarkizmin dhe spontanitetin socio-politik. Propaganda demokratike n\u00eb dekad\u00ebn e par\u00eb bashk\u00ebjetonte duksh\u00ebm dhe n\u00eb nj\u00eb lloj sinkroni t\u00eb p\u00eblqyesh\u00ebm me idealizmin dhe nd\u00ebrgjegjen demokratike aspirante t\u00eb klas\u00ebs s\u00eb re.<\/p>\n

Me kalimin e koh\u00ebs, kur prova e interesit politik u b\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb e m\u00eb e pakt\u00eb e respektuar, nisi t\u00eb b\u00ebhej norm\u00eb edhe cenimi i demokracis\u00eb s\u00eb vot\u00ebs dhe sidomos i demokracis\u00eb s\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimit. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb u instalua dhe u b\u00eb norm\u00eb imponuese devijimi p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime pushteti dhe uzurpimi i demokracis\u00eb bazike dhe sidomos asaj institucionale. Vjedhja dhe sidomos deformimi i vot\u00ebs u b\u00ebn\u00eb realitet i pakthyesh\u00ebm. Shum\u00ebkush tashm\u00eb e ka bindje se kemi mb\u00ebrritur n\u00eb sistemin e imponimit t\u00eb d\u00ebshir\u00ebs son\u00eb nga nd\u00ebrgjegjja manipulative e klas\u00ebs politike. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb kritike vijojm\u00eb t\u00eb ndjekim hullin\u00eb dhe itinerarin e nj\u00eb krize me dimensione t\u00eb frikshme.<\/p>\n

E para u vra transparenca, m\u00eb pas u instalua sistemi i sentenc\u00ebs: \u201cVet\u00eb vali, vet\u00eb kadi\u201d. M\u00ebvet\u00ebsia e pushteteve u shemb dhe sot var\u00ebsia mes tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb realitet i pranuar fatalisht edhe prej pretenduesit p\u00ebr n\u00eb pushtetardhje, pra opozita.<\/p>\n

Kabllogramet e publikuara s\u00eb fundi n\u00eb rrjetin e \u201cWikileaks\u201d, jan\u00eb e vetmja \u201cdritare ilegale\u201d e pacensuruar, p\u00ebrmes t\u00eb cilave shohim dhe verifikojm\u00eb se diplomacia dhe sidomos ajo amerikane, nuk mund t\u00eb na zhg\u00ebnjej\u00eb me kortezin\u00eb e saj, p\u00ebrderisa n\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtjen reale t\u00eb raportimit institucional n\u00eb Departamentin e Shtetit, nuk rresht s\u00eb monitoruari dhe v\u00ebzhguari e raportuari gjith\u00e7ka. Anatomia e pushtetit nuk fshihet dot, sikund\u00ebr organizmi korruptiv \u00ebsht\u00eb i pafshehsh\u00ebm.
\nMjafton v\u00ebrshimi i beft\u00eb i k\u00ebtyre kabllogrameve t\u00eb konstatojm\u00eb si publik, se sa t\u00eb pambrojtur jan\u00eb nga fshehja e tyre, politikan\u00ebt dhe aq m\u00eb tep\u00ebr shtetar\u00ebt e qeveris\u00ebsit tan\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Kjo nd\u00ebrgjegje q\u00eb tradhtohet prej q\u00ebllimit dhe interesit t\u00eb tyre t\u00eb sot\u00ebm qeveris\u00ebs, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve. K\u00ebtu gjendet \u201c\u00e7el\u00ebsi\u201d i art\u00eb, t\u00eb cilin opozita p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb saj t\u00eb pakuraj\u00eb, nuk po e merr n\u00eb dor\u00eb. \u201cShqip\u00ebria e grabitur\u201d, \u00ebsht\u00eb parull\u00eb, por kur shtohen provat e grabitjes, kur iniciohen proceset penalizuese dhe nd\u00ebshkuese t\u00eb grabitjes, at\u00ebher\u00eb mund t\u00eb thuhet se demokracia ligjore \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb dhe se shteti ligjor \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb jet\u00ebgjat\u00eb se mandator\u00ebt. At\u00ebher\u00eb te qytetar\u00ebt vjen shpresa se grabitja nuk b\u00ebhet dot rend, por mbetet vet\u00ebm akt dhe nj\u00eb cik\u00ebl i pafat.<\/p>\n

Opozita nuk duhet t\u00eb hesht\u00eb. Ajo ka detyrimin t\u00eb futet n\u00eb loj\u00ebn e sistemit dhe jo t\u00eb mbes\u00eb n\u00eb hijen e trishtimit t\u00eb vet politik. T\u00eb hyj\u00eb n\u00eb loj\u00eb jo si denonciatore, por si pjes\u00eb potenciale e sistemit institucional. M\u00ebsymja e saj nuk perceptohet si koh\u00eb e ardhur dhe as si proces i mbyllur i pritm\u00ebnis\u00eb s\u00eb saj. M\u00ebsymja e tanishme \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje e detyr\u00ebs dhe aksionit natyral q\u00eb opozita shqiptare ka ndaj vendit dhe ndaj partneritetit nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar. K\u00ebt\u00eb \u201csh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb detyruar\u201d duhet ta marr\u00eb seriozisht nj\u00eb opozit\u00eb e nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrie si kjo e jona, e cila ka r\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb kreu i saj e cil\u00ebson me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb \u201cllumokraci\u201d.<\/p>\n

Kjo llumokraci ka et\u00ebr dhe skllev\u00ebr, ka skota e skota grabitqar\u00ebsh, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt opozita me pam\u00ebshir\u00eb duhet t\u2019i v\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrballje me ligjin. T\u00eb dyja kategorit\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb dallueshme dhe t\u00eb ve\u00e7ueshme nga nj\u00ebra-tjetra. T\u00eb konstatosh nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb detyr\u00eb e vetme e nj\u00eb opozite. T\u00eb ndryshosh dhe t\u00eb l\u00ebviz\u00ebsh, \u00ebsht\u00eb mision jetik dhe kusht i panegociuesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr ekzistenc\u00eb politike. N\u00eb raport me qeverisjen, kjo opozit\u00eb duhet t\u00eb v\u00ebr\u00eb para faktit t\u00eb kryer l\u00ebvizjen dhe \u00e7lirimin e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb kapur.<\/p>\n

Shtetkapja ka ngjar\u00eb, por pushtetkapjet nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrhershme. Kryeministri Berisha \u00ebsht\u00eb sot i fort\u00eb, por qeverisja e tij ka shum\u00eb e shum\u00eb dob\u00ebsi \u201ckardiake\u201d. Nuk mund t\u00eb mbahet m\u00eb gjat\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegjja manipulative q\u00eb shitet si propagand\u00eb suksesi dhe e pakrahasueshme me bot\u00ebn e kriz\u00ebs rrethuese. Nuk mund t\u00eb rivihet n\u00eb p\u00ebrdorim metafora komuniste e \u201ck\u00ebshtjell\u00ebs s\u00eb pamposhtur\u201d t\u00eb ekonomis\u00eb metoberishiste. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb mirazh politik, t\u00eb cilit nuk i beson m\u00eb as militanti m\u00eb i devotsh\u00ebm.
