Dhe si p\u00ebrher\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebsi rastesh, mjaft but\u00ebsisht dhe konstruktivisht. Ve\u00e7 publiku shqiptar, e n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti opozita shqiptare, e ka t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb harroj\u00eb arroganc\u00ebn q\u00eb kjo grua ka manifestuar gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb karrier\u00ebs s\u00eb saj si kryeparlamentare n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet me opozit\u00ebn. Praktikisht Topalli \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb simboli i tiranis\u00eb s\u00eb shumic\u00ebs n\u00eb Kuvend dhe sjellja e saj thell\u00ebsisht e nj\u00ebanshme e partiake, ka zgjuar kritika edhe nga forumet e komunitetit europian.<\/p>\n<p>Por problemi nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht \u00e7\u2019ka b\u00ebr\u00eb dhe \u00e7\u2019nuk ka b\u00ebr\u00eb Topalli n\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn, n\u00ebse e ka k\u00ebrc\u00ebnuar opozit\u00ebn edhe me plumb ballit apo n\u00ebse ka shp\u00ebrfillur n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb naziskine k\u00ebrkesat e saj. Shqet\u00ebsimi \u00ebsht\u00eb se edhe kur b\u00ebn ftes\u00eb p\u00ebr konsensus, Topalli dhe babai i saj politik, Berisha, nuk kan\u00eb nd\u00ebrmend t\u00eb hyjn\u00eb n\u00eb konsensus me opozit\u00ebn. Sepse, kjo do t\u00eb thoshte q\u00eb t\u00eb hiqnin dor\u00eb nga projekti i tyre tiranik i sundimit. \u201cKonsensusi\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm maska. N\u00eb fakt, atyre i duhen vet\u00ebm votat e opozit\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>* * *<\/p>\n<p>Opozita duhet t\u00eb veproj\u00eb me elasticitet, duke mos lejuar q\u00eb parlamentarizmi t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoret si garnitur\u00eb e tiranis\u00eb dhe autokratizmit, por nj\u00ebherazi edhe q\u00eb t\u00eb mos gjendet e akuzuar si dhunuese e parlamentarizmit pik\u00ebrisht nga tiran\u00ebt e Parlamentit. Ajo duhet t\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb punimet e Kuvendit pik\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr t\u2019i \u00e7jerr\u00eb mask\u00ebn tiranis\u00eb s\u00eb shumic\u00ebs. S\u2019ka asnj\u00eb dyshim q\u00eb shumica berishiste do t\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqet q\u00eb t\u2019i hartoj\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha ligjet n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb shpien uj\u00eb n\u00eb mullirin e pushtetit autokratik t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Thelbin autokratik t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre ligjeve do p\u00ebrpiqet ta mb\u00ebshtjell\u00eb me nj\u00eb form\u00eb demokratike. Opozita duhet ta denoncoj\u00eb me sukses nj\u00eb orvatje t\u00eb till\u00eb, duke i demonstruar me fakte edhe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebve falsitetin e ftes\u00ebs berishiste p\u00ebr konsensus. Dhe pasi nj\u00eb gj\u00eb e till\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb v\u00ebrtetuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb pakund\u00ebrshtueshme, opozit\u00ebs mund t\u2019i lind\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebri e drejta p\u00ebr bojkot. Sepse, nj\u00eb opozit\u00eb q\u00eb synon demokracin\u00eb dhe Europ\u00ebn nuk mund t\u2019i shpjer\u00eb votat e saj n\u00eb favor t\u00eb nj\u00eb pushteti q\u00eb synon autokracin\u00eb dhe ndoshta edhe Azin\u00eb, e jo Europ\u00ebn sikund\u00ebr betohet.<\/p>\n<p>* * *<\/p>\n<p>Por Topalli thot\u00eb se bojkoti \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201cnj\u00eb anakroniz\u00ebm i skualifikuar\u201d q\u00eb nuk paska vend n\u00eb shekullin ton\u00eb. Se \u00e7\u2019mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb anakroniz\u00ebm i kualifikuar, k\u00ebt\u00eb mund ta dij\u00eb vet\u00ebm kjo politikane q\u00eb shquhet p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdorimin r\u00ebndom t\u00eb termave q\u00eb ndoshta s\u2019ia di as kuptimin. Por nd\u00ebrkaq, duhet t\u00eb shtojm\u00eb se dukuri m\u00eb anakronike, m\u00eb jasht\u00eb kohe, p\u00ebr nj\u00eb shtet q\u00eb pretendon Europ\u00ebn, nuk ka. Por vet\u00ebm n\u00eb pik\u00ebpamje etike.<\/p>\n<p>Sepse politikisht tirania vazhdon t\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00ebngul\u00eb. Kryesisht p\u00ebr merit\u00eb t\u00eb politikan\u00ebve si Topalli. Dhe sa koh\u00eb q\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00ebngul tirania, do t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb nga format e rezistenc\u00ebs kund\u00ebr saj, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb bojkoti. Bojkoti \u00ebsht\u00eb rrjedhoj\u00eb e tiranis\u00eb. N\u00ebse d\u00ebshiron q\u00eb opozita t\u00eb heq\u00eb dor\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimisht nga bojkoti, Topalli duhet t\u00eb heq\u00eb dor\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimisht nga tirania e shumic\u00ebs duke u b\u00ebr\u00eb, qoft\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb her\u00eb t\u00eb vetme, ajo q\u00eb ka premtuar kaq her\u00eb: avokate e opozit\u00ebs dhe jo e Berish\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Por si politikane Topalli q\u00ebndron tep\u00ebr posht\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar dukurin\u00eb e lart\u00eb t\u00eb sublimimit, t\u00eb ngritjes mbi pal\u00ebt kur Kushtetuta t\u00eb k\u00ebrkon t\u00eb ngrihesh mbi pal\u00ebt. Edhe mbi partin\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb votat p\u00ebr t\u2019u b\u00ebr\u00eb fol\u00ebse e Kuvendit. Edhe mbi interesat e babait politik. Topalli nuk ka mundur t\u00eb kuptoj\u00eb, dhe me sa duket e ka t\u00eb pamundur, se z\u00ebri i fol\u00ebses s\u00eb Kuvendit duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb z\u00ebri i Kushtetut\u00ebs, se ajo vet\u00eb duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb mish\u00ebrim, simbol i konsensusit parlamentar.<\/p>\n<p>Por sa larg nga ai pozicion sublim dhe emancipues, sa t\u00eb pamoderura, sa zhg\u00ebnjyese jan\u00eb q\u00ebndrimet e k\u00ebsaj gruaje q\u00eb mezi \u00e7\u2019pret t\u00eb manifestoj\u00eb nj\u00eb arroganc\u00eb prej burri t\u00eb pagdhendur ndaj pakic\u00ebs. Dhe sa koh\u00eb ajo t\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00ebngul\u00eb t\u00eb zhvilloj\u00eb tiranin\u00eb anakronike n\u00eb Kuvend, bojkoti i opozit\u00ebs jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb anakronik, por jetik. Aq m\u00eb tep\u00ebr kur krejt sistemi nuk i ka l\u00ebn\u00eb mjet tjet\u00ebr n\u00eb dor\u00eb opozit\u00ebs. N\u00ebse Topalli do ofroj\u00eb p\u00ebr votim ligje tiranike, opozita ka detyrim kushtetues ndaj sovranit t\u00eb mos i votoj\u00eb ato. N\u00ebse Topalli do ta quaj\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb bojkot, kjo s\u2019ka asnj\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n<p>E r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb kuptohet se nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb mosvotimi apo bojkotimi i ligjeve autokratike q\u00eb e largon Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb nga Europa, por e kund\u00ebrta, votimi i tyre. Pik\u00ebrisht ajo q\u00eb Topalli fton opozit\u00ebn t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb. Por a mos vall\u00eb Topalli do ndryshoj\u00eb?
