Lajmi b\u00ebhet i ditur nga kabllogrami 08TIRANA470, i klasifikuar konfidencial. M\u00ebsohet se Hoxha i ka th\u00ebn\u00eb ambasadorit Withers se, n\u00eb prokurori ka deponuar t\u00eb gjitha \u00e7far\u00eb dinte, me p\u00ebrjashtim t\u00eb telefonat\u00ebs nga djali i Kryeministrit, pasi nuk ndjehej i sigurt p\u00ebr ta raportuar k\u00ebt\u00eb detaj.<\/p>\n<p>Shp\u00ebrthimi i municioneve n\u00eb G\u00ebrdec, i cili vrau 26 shqiptar\u00eb dhe rrafshoi t\u00eb gjith\u00eb zon\u00ebn p\u00ebrreth, ka qen\u00eb nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje shum\u00eb me interes p\u00ebr ambasad\u00ebn USA n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb. Rreth 20 kabllograme jan\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitur mbi k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb mbuluar me holl\u00ebsi. N\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha kabllogramet e publikuara deri tani nga \u201cWikileaks\u201d, ambasada e SHBA-ve nuk konfirmon drejtp\u00ebrs\u00ebdrejti p\u00ebrfshirjen e djalit t\u00eb Kryeministrit n\u00eb afer\u00ebn e G\u00ebrdecit, por i referohet gjithmon\u00eb burimeve t\u00eb treta.<\/p>\n<p>Kabllogramet mbi G\u00ebrdecin hedhin drit\u00eb edhe mbi prapaskenat e shumta t\u00eb hetimeve q\u00eb nuk nxor\u00ebn asgj\u00eb n\u00eb drit\u00eb si dhe pazareve t\u00eb panum\u00ebrta e makinacioneve t\u00eb neveritshme q\u00eb e fsheh\u00ebn t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn dhe q\u00eb tashm\u00eb duket se k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb nj\u00eb hetim po aq t\u00eb komplikuar p\u00ebr t\u2019u zbardhur sa vet\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtja e G\u00ebrdecit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nj\u00eb gjeneral me duart lart<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cN\u00eb 17 qershor (2008), pasi k\u00ebrkoi nj\u00eb takim me ambasadorin, shefi i Shtabit, Luan Hoxha tregoi an\u00ebn e tij t\u00eb historis\u00eb n\u00eb lidhje me shp\u00ebrthimin n\u00eb G\u00ebrdec, m\u00eb 15 mars. N\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me deklaratat publike t\u00eb ish-ministrit t\u00eb Mbrojtjes, Fatmir Mediu, t\u00eb cilat ia hedhin fajin ushtarak\u00ebve p\u00ebr defektet operacionale n\u00eb G\u00ebrdec, Hoxha deklaroi se q\u00eb nga fillimi, ministri Mediu i mori t\u00eb gjitha vendimet; nga zgjedhja e G\u00ebrdecit si vend p\u00ebr shkat\u00ebrrimin e municioneve, te zgjedhja e llojit t\u00eb municioneve q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb shkat\u00ebrroheshin n\u00eb cil\u00ebn periudh\u00eb kohore.<\/p>\n<p>Hoxha deklaroi se stafi i tij u udh\u00ebzua t\u00eb transportonte municionin n\u00eb vend, ta ruante at\u00eb dhe asgj\u00eb m\u00eb tep\u00ebr. Hoxha shtoi se kur e vizitoi G\u00ebrdecin n\u00eb mes t\u00eb vitit 2007, ushtar\u00ebt e tij po zbatonin k\u00ebto dy detyra dhe se n\u00eb pamje t\u00eb par\u00eb asgj\u00eb nuk qe gabim\u201d, \u2013 thuhet n\u00eb kabllogramin q\u00eb raporton mbi k\u00ebt\u00eb takim.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAi akuzoi se gjat\u00eb pjes\u00ebs s\u00eb dyt\u00eb t\u00eb projektit, q\u00eb filloi n\u00eb dhjetor 2007, q\u00eb ai u udh\u00ebzua nga Mediu, pasi ai kishte shprehur shqet\u00ebsimet e veta me shkrim (shqet\u00ebsime t\u00eb d\u00ebrguara te Topalli dhe Mediu), si dhe pasi mori nj\u00eb presion t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb p\u00ebrmes telefonit nga \u201cnj\u00eb djal\u00eb i ri\u201d, t\u00eb cilin m\u00eb pas e konfirmoi si Shk\u00eblzen Berisha, djali i Kryeministrit, p\u00ebr t\u00eb vijuar t\u00eb transportoj\u00eb municione t\u00eb kalibrit t\u00eb madh n\u00eb G\u00ebrdec dhe q\u00eb ta b\u00ebnte nj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb pa vonesa\u201d, \u2013 vijon kabllogrami konfidencial 08TIRANA470.<\/p>\n<p>I pyetur nga ambasadori Withers n\u00ebse k\u00ebt\u00eb informacion ia kishte d\u00ebrguar Prokurores s\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithshme, Hoxha u p\u00ebrgjigj: \u201cpo, i kam raportuar t\u00eb gjitha informacionet, me p\u00ebrjashtim t\u00eb elementit mbi djalin e Kryeministrit\u201d.
