Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb produkt procesesh shoq\u00ebrore, ekonomike, kulturore t\u00eb modernitetit, t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb objekt i k\u00ebrkimit t\u00eb studiuesve. Epoka e kombeve zakonisht mendohet se ka nisur nga mesi i shek. XVIII dhe akoma edhe sot kombi vazhdon t\u00eb jet\u00eb bashk\u00ebsia themelore politike kudo n\u00eb bot\u00eb. Mendohej se globalizimi i dhjet\u00ebvje\u00e7ar\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit po \u00e7onte n\u00eb nj\u00eb zhvler\u00ebsim t\u00eb kombit, drejt formave mbikomb\u00ebtare t\u00eb identifikimit dhe organizimit politik, por nuk po ndodh k\u00ebshtu. Pik\u00ebrisht tani statusi i shtetit komb\u00ebtar \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb m\u00eb i lakmuesh\u00ebm se kurr\u00eb: shteti m\u00eb i ri komb\u00ebtar, ai i Sudanit t\u00eb Jugut, po njihet nga shtetet e tjera, midis tyre edhe nga Shqip\u00ebria.<\/p>\n<p>Me komb\u00ebtarizim mund t\u00eb quajm\u00eb proceset e formimit t\u00eb vet\u00ebdijes komb\u00ebtare, t\u00eb p\u00ebrhapjes s\u00eb saj n\u00eb nj\u00eb popullat\u00eb t\u00eb caktuar dhe t\u00eb organizimit politik rreth ides\u00eb dhe projektit komb\u00ebtar. Komb\u00ebtarizimi i shqiptar\u00ebve ka filluar n\u00eb gjysm\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb t\u00eb shek. XIX dhe vazhdon edhe sot. Themi se vazhdon edhe sot, sepse kombi duhet kuptuar si bashk\u00ebsi e gjall\u00eb n\u00eb shnd\u00ebrrim dhe p\u00ebrshtatje me dinamikat e ndryshme shoq\u00ebrore dhe identitetet e tjera n\u00eb nj\u00eb territor apo nj\u00eb shtet t\u00eb caktuar. Politika komb\u00ebtarizuese zbaton sidomos shteti, por krahas tij edhe faktor\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, si partit\u00eb, shoqatat kulturore, media, arsimi, sip\u00ebrmarrja private etj.<\/p>\n<p>E kund\u00ebrta e komb\u00ebtarizimit \u00ebsht\u00eb shkomb\u00ebtarizimi. Zakonisht n\u00eb historin\u00eb ton\u00eb shkomb\u00ebtarizimin e shqiptar\u00ebve e kemi menduar si nj\u00eb proces t\u00eb dhunsh\u00ebm nga ana e sllav\u00ebve dhe grek\u00ebve, me luft\u00eb, masakra, spastrim etnik, shpron\u00ebsim, vendosje kolon\u00ebsh, sisteme aparteidi, moslejim t\u00eb m\u00ebsimit t\u00eb shqipes etj., me q\u00ebllim marrjen e territoreve historikisht t\u00eb banuara nga shqiptar\u00ebt. Mir\u00ebpo n\u00ebse do t\u2019i p\u00ebrmbahemi komb\u00ebtarizimit si nj\u00eb proces, at\u00ebher\u00eb edhe shkomb\u00ebtarizimi duhet par\u00eb si nj\u00eb proces i kund\u00ebrt, q\u00eb e shoq\u00ebron at\u00eb. Edhe nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb paqeje (d.m.th. n\u00eb munges\u00eb t\u00eb luft\u00ebs) kemi shkomb\u00ebtarizim. Shkomb\u00ebtarizimin mund ta kryej\u00eb edhe shteti q\u00eb supozohet se duhet t\u00eb mbroj\u00eb kombin. N\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri ligji fam\u00ebkeq i tok\u00ebs 7501 ka nj\u00eb p\u00ebrmas\u00eb shkomb\u00ebtarizuese p\u00ebrderisa pron\u00ebn e trash\u00ebguar t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve, por t\u00eb shtet\u00ebzuar gjat\u00eb komunizmit, nuk ua kthen pronar\u00ebve t\u00eb ligjsh\u00ebm, por ua shp\u00ebrndan n\u00eb disa zona pakicave joshqiptare q\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb pasur pron\u00ebsi mbi tok\u00ebn m\u00eb par\u00eb. Gjithashtu, me mosveprimin e tij ndaj fushat\u00ebs greqizuese 20-vje\u00e7are n\u00eb jug t\u00eb vendit dhe tani me regjistrimin e popullsis\u00eb sipas etnis\u00eb dhe fes\u00eb, shteti shqiptar e ka p\u00ebrkrahur shkomb\u00ebtarizimin. N\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, p\u00ebrpjekja p\u00ebr t\u00eb hequr vitin 1878 nga emblema e Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Prizrenit \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb veprim shkomb\u00ebtarizues, sepse k\u00ebrkon t\u2019i mohoj\u00eb identitetin politik shqiptar (Lidhja e Prizrenit) k\u00ebtij qyteti dhe bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb tij. N\u00eb IRJM p\u00ebrpjekja p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar nj\u00eb kish\u00eb ortodokse n\u00eb kalan\u00eb e Shkupit, pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb vendin e nj\u00eb kishe t\u00eb lasht\u00eb katolike \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb veprim shkomb\u00ebtarizues, sepse u heq shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb sot\u00ebm t\u00eb Shkupit mund\u00ebsin\u00eb e identifikimit me qytetin e tyre p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb s\u00eb tij historike p\u00ebrpara ardhjes s\u00eb sllav\u00ebve n\u00eb Ballkan: shkurt \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb maqedonizuar Shkupin dhe p\u00ebr t\u2019i quajtur shqiptar\u00ebt \u201cardhacak\u00eb\u201d n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb qytet.<\/p>\n<p>Shkomb\u00ebtarizimi ndodh sidomos nga neglizhenca e an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb kombit. Kombi vdes si frym\u00eb at\u00ebher\u00eb kur an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e tij nuk e ndiejn\u00eb se i p\u00ebrkasin bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb komb\u00ebtare, se t\u00eb tjera identitete t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta (individuale, fisnore, krahinore, apo fetare) marrin p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsi ndaj kombit dhe projektit p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar t\u00eb mir\u00ebn e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt. At\u00ebher\u00eb kombi kthehet n\u00eb nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje administrative, thjesht n\u00eb nj\u00eb vul\u00eb, tabel\u00eb, apo shqiponj\u00eb-stem\u00eb n\u00eb kapel\u00ebn e policit. D\u00ebshmit\u00eb e shkomb\u00ebtarizimit i shohim p\u00ebrdit\u00eb dhe kudo, por sidomos n\u00eb jugun e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb veprimtaris\u00eb s\u00eb ethshme greqizuese.<\/p>\n<p>A doni prova? Hapni gazet\u00ebn \u201cShqip\u201d t\u00eb dat\u00ebs 30 gusht 2011 (dita e Bajramit) dhe aty do t\u00eb gjeni disa lajme e komente n\u00eb dukje pa lidhje me nj\u00ebri-tjetrin, por q\u00eb po t\u00eb lexohen me kujdes jan\u00eb d\u00ebshmi e shkomb\u00ebtarizimit. N\u00eb f. 2 \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb lajm nga Kor\u00e7a: dega e \u201cOmonias\u201d e k\u00ebtij qarku u b\u00ebn thirrje vllehve t\u00eb zon\u00ebs q\u00eb t\u00eb shpallen grek\u00eb n\u00eb regjistrimin e popullsis\u00eb. Gazetari na kujton se kreu i \u201cOmonias\u201d s\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb po ai q\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb paligjshme nd\u00ebrtoi nj\u00eb p\u00ebrmendore n\u00eb fshatin Boboshtic\u00eb p\u00ebr dy ushtar\u00eb grek\u00eb t\u00eb vrar\u00eb n\u00eb Luft\u00ebn e Dyt\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore. Kjo p\u00ebrmendore \u201c\u00ebsht\u00eb zgjedhur p\u00ebr pelegrinazhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrvitshme si nga p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb \u201cOmonias\u201d dhe t\u00eb ardhur nga Greqia\u201d. Gara p\u00ebr t\u00eb greqizuar sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb qytetar\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb kulmin e saj dhe me gjas\u00eb regjistrimi i popullsis\u00eb do t\u00eb prodhoj\u00eb shifra t\u00eb paqena t\u00eb nj\u00eb pakice t\u00eb shpikur greke n\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00eb. Nga nj\u00eb grekofili historike n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb qytet shkall\u00eb-shkall\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb kaluar n\u00eb nj\u00eb grekofoni, e cila ka d\u00ebshmor\u00ebt e saj dhe q\u00eb kryhen pelegrinazhet e saj, ndryshe nga nderimi i d\u00ebshmor\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Le t\u00eb q\u00ebndrojm\u00eb edhe ca n\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00eb. N\u00eb f. 24 t\u00eb gazet\u00ebs p\u00ebrshkruhet odiseja e monumentit t\u00eb Luft\u00ebtarit t\u00eb Liris\u00eb q\u00eb po e zhvendosin andej-k\u00ebndej n\u00ebp\u00ebr qytet. Si\u00e7 duket prania e tij n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb qytetit prish pamjen e katedrales gjigante dhe se grupe t\u00eb caktuara ndihen m\u00eb mir\u00eb me identitetin e Kor\u00e7\u00ebs si nj\u00eb qytet ortodoks, t\u00eb simbolizuar nga katedralja, sesa si pjes\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb kombi, t\u00eb cilin e p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson monumenti i Luft\u00ebtarit t\u00eb Liris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Shkojm\u00eb pak m\u00eb tutje, n\u00eb fshatin Polen\u00eb t\u00eb Qarkut t\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00ebs, ku ka ndodhur nj\u00eb incident q\u00eb p\u00ebrshkruhet si lajm t\u00eb f. 22 t\u00eb gazet\u00ebs. M\u00ebsojm\u00eb se n\u00eb Polen\u00eb fshatar\u00ebt jan\u00eb organizuar n\u00eb disa grupe t\u00eb armatosura p\u00ebr t\u00eb patrulluar fshatin ndaj \u201cjabanxhinjve\u201d. Viktim\u00eb e tyre ka r\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb djal\u00eb i ri nga nj\u00eb fshat i af\u00ebrt, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb plagosur n\u00eb tentativ\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb vjedhur nj\u00eb sht\u00ebpi t\u00eb Polen\u00ebs. P\u00ebrtej incidentit, \u00e7\u2019jan\u00eb k\u00ebta njer\u00ebz t\u00eb armatosur q\u00eb patrullojn\u00eb, ku kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb detyr\u00eb e strukturave shtet\u00ebrore? Cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb \u201cjabanxhinjt\u00eb\u201d? K\u00ebta jan\u00eb \u201cmysliman\u00ebt\u201d t\u00eb cil\u00ebt fshatar\u00ebt e Polen\u00ebs nuk duan q\u00eb t\u00eb vendosen p\u00ebr banim n\u00eb fshat. Pra, e duan fshatin \u201ct\u00eb spastruar\u201d prej \u201cmysliman\u00ebve\u201d. Cili shtet q\u00eb synon standardet europiane (meq\u00eb ra fjala \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe an\u00ebtar i NATO-s) lejon praktika t\u00eb tilla q\u00eb t\u00eb kujtojn\u00eb Jugun e Thell\u00eb t\u00eb Amerik\u00ebs s\u00eb para nj\u00eb shekulli ku t\u00eb bardh\u00ebt e Ku Klus Klanit \u201cvigjilonin\u201d mbi zezak\u00ebt? \u00c7\u2019jan\u00eb k\u00ebto identitete \u201ct\u00eb krishter\u00eb\u201d e \u201cmysliman\u00eb\u201d, po qytetaria shqiptare sa vlen n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend? K\u00ebta njer\u00ebz jan\u00eb gati t\u00eb vrasin n\u00ebse je \u201cjabanxhi\u201d n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb fshat, gj\u00eb q\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se \u201ci krishter\u00eb\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb kategoria themelore politike sipas s\u00eb cil\u00ebs ata veprojn\u00eb. Sikurse n\u00eb Himar\u00eb n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e Bollanos nuk u lejohej pasaportizimi \u201cturqve\u201d me banim n\u00eb qytet. N\u00eb k\u00ebta shembuj, p\u00ebrcaktimi p\u00ebrbashkues \u201cshqiptar\u201d nuk p\u00ebrdoret m\u00eb, ose p\u00ebrdoret thjesht p\u00ebr arsye t\u00eb praktikave burokratike: n\u00eb vend t\u00eb tij kemi \u201ct\u00eb krishter\u00eb\u201d, \u201cgrek\u00eb\u201d, \u201cmysliman\u00eb\u201d, \u201cjabanxhinj\u201d, apo \u201cturq\u201d. Gazetari p\u00ebr vigjiluesit e Polen\u00ebs p\u00ebrdor termin \u201cstruktura paralele\u201d, gj\u00eb q\u00eb menj\u00ebher\u00eb t\u00eb kujton t\u00eb ashtuquajturit Rojet e Ur\u00ebs q\u00eb ndajn\u00eb m\u00eb dysh qytetin e Mitrovic\u00ebs dhe q\u00eb i kan\u00eb spastruar shqiptar\u00ebt nga pjesa veriore. Sa Polena-Mitrovica t\u00eb tjera kemi n\u00eb jug t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb ku \u201cjabanxhinjve\u201d u ndalohet hyrja?<\/p>\n<p>Zhvendosemi n\u00eb rrethin e Gjirokastr\u00ebs. N\u00eb f. 28 p\u00ebrmendet harresa ndaj memorialit n\u00eb rr\u00ebnim e sip\u00ebr q\u00eb p\u00ebrkujton qindra banor\u00eb t\u00eb Hormov\u00ebs q\u00eb u masakruan nga shovinist\u00ebt grek\u00eb m\u00eb 1914. Gjendja e mjeruar e tij, ngjash\u00ebm me shum\u00eb monumente t\u00eb k\u00ebtij lloji n\u00eb jug t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb kontrast t\u00eb plot\u00eb me varrin-monument t\u00eb Boboshtic\u00ebs dhe me varrezat e reja t\u00eb ushtar\u00ebve grek\u00eb q\u00eb po nd\u00ebrtohen n\u00eb disa vende me lejen e qeveris\u00eb shqiptare. (Meq\u00eb ra fjala, k\u00ebta t\u00eb fundit jan\u00eb viktima t\u00eb luft\u00ebs italo-greke t\u00eb zhvilluar n\u00eb territorin shqiptar dhe nuk ka arsye t\u00eb q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Ndoshta sepse p\u00ebr shtetin grek ata u vran\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7lirimin e Vorio-Epirit prej shqiptar\u00ebve!) Nj\u00eb fakt tjet\u00ebr interesant \u00ebsht\u00eb se pas nj\u00eb restaurimi t\u00eb pjessh\u00ebm q\u00eb iu b\u00eb memorialit para disa vitesh, n\u00eb pllak\u00ebn e tij shkruhej se hormovit\u00ebt ishin masakruar pabesisht nga \u201cbandat shoviniste n\u00eb mars t\u00eb vitit 1914\u201d. Q\u00ebllimisht \u00ebsht\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb pa p\u00ebrmendur p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsia komb\u00ebtare e bandave. \u201cShovinisti\u201d mbetet i pap\u00ebrcaktuar si nj\u00eb specie q\u00eb masakron njer\u00ebz t\u00eb pafajsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr arsye t\u00eb pap\u00ebrcaktuara. Duke u hequr mbiemrin komb\u00ebtar masakruesve dhe t\u00eb masakruarve, ngjarja izolohet nga konteksti dhe humbet dometh\u00ebnia e p\u00ebrkujtimit t\u00eb saj sot. K\u00ebshtu, \u201cshovinisti\u201d shfaqet s\u00eb paku si nj\u00eb fatkeq\u00ebsi natyrore q\u00eb godet rast\u00ebsisht, ose s\u00eb shumti si \u201cterrorist\u201d q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i mllefosur me t\u00ebr\u00eb bot\u00ebn dhe q\u00eb ka q\u00ebllime utopike a p\u00ebrtej k\u00ebsaj bote. N\u00ebse ia vlen t\u00eb p\u00ebrkujtohet r\u00ebnia e atyre njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb gjor\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1914 duhet shprehur qart\u00eb se ata u vran\u00eb sepse ishin shqiptar\u00eb, prej strukturave t\u00eb mirorganizuara paraushtarake greke (jo \u201cbanda\u201d) q\u00eb k\u00ebrkonin t\u00eb zhb\u00ebnin pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe t\u00eb pushtonin territorin shqiptar. P\u00ebrkujtimi sot i ngjarjes shkon n\u00eb kahun e komb\u00ebtarizimit, nd\u00ebrsa harresa apo fshehja e disa fakteve shkon nga kahu i shkomb\u00ebtarizimit.<\/p>\n<p>Intermexo. Duke lexuar p\u00ebr \u201cbandat shoviniste\u201d te lajmi, na kujtohet ajo q\u00eb kemi lexuar n\u00eb f.5 t\u00eb gazet\u00ebs tek intervista me z. Pandeli Majko, ish-kryeminist\u00ebr i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Duke d\u00ebnuar procesin e p\u00ebrfshirjes s\u00eb etnis\u00eb n\u00eb regjistrimin e popullsis\u00eb, ish-kryeministri nuk harron t\u00eb p\u00ebrmend\u00eb se \u201cShqip\u00ebria dhe Greqia nuk b\u00ebn\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje p\u00ebr shk\u00ebmbim popullsish, si\u00e7 b\u00ebri Turqia dhe Greqia&#8230;\u201d K\u00ebt\u00eb ai e quan si shenj\u00eb miq\u00ebsie midis dy popujve, por p\u00ebr hormovit\u00ebt e vrar\u00eb, \u00e7am\u00ebt dhe ndoshta p\u00ebr vllah\u00ebt e Kor\u00e7\u00ebs sot q\u00eb duan t\u2019i greqizojn\u00eb, ndoshta do t\u00eb ishte m\u00eb mir\u00eb sikur kishte pasur nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje t\u00eb nd\u00ebrsjell\u00eb t\u00eb pranueshme nga t\u00eb dyja pal\u00ebt, sepse s\u00eb paku Greqia do t\u00eb hiqte dor\u00eb nga pretendimet territoriale q\u00eb ushqen edhe sot! K\u00ebt\u00eb e themi p\u00ebr efekt retorik, sepse marr\u00ebveshjet q\u00eb interesojn\u00eb Greqis\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb tipit t\u00eb Protokollit t\u00eb Korfuzit, apo asaj t\u00eb demarkacionit t\u00eb kufirit detar q\u00eb u hodh posht\u00eb nga Gjykata Kushtetuese e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb pak koh\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb. M\u00eb posht\u00eb ish-kryeministri thot\u00eb: \u201cDy fqinj\u00eb aq t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr q\u00eb s\u2019kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb luft\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00ebfillt\u00eb midis tyre p\u00ebr shekuj me radh\u00eb e q\u00eb jan\u00eb martuar, g\u00ebzuar dhe vdekur krah nj\u00ebri-tjetrit, ndryshe nga marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnia e plasaritur t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve me sllav\u00ebt\u201d. Kur lexon p\u00ebrshkrime t\u00eb tilla roz\u00eb at\u00ebher\u00eb e kupton se p\u00ebrse duhet q\u00eb sot t\u00eb p\u00ebrkujtojm\u00eb se hormovit\u00ebt e vitit 1914 nuk jan\u00eb masakruar n\u00eb nj\u00eb \u201cluft\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00ebfillt\u00eb\u201d, por thjesht nga \u201cbanda shoviniste\u201d! (N\u00eb frym\u00ebn e miq\u00ebsis\u00eb, edhe kreu i policis\u00eb greke zotohet se nuk do t\u00eb grisen m\u00eb pasaporta shqiptare n\u00eb kufi \u2013 f. 11 e s\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebs gazet\u00eb).<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto lajme t\u00eb s\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebs dit\u00eb dhe vet\u00ebm t\u00eb nj\u00eb gazete t\u00eb p\u00ebrditshme tregojn\u00eb se n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri po mbizot\u00ebrojn\u00eb identitetet lokale dhe fetare dhe se procesi i shkomb\u00ebtarizimit po lul\u00ebzon.
