Popujt q\u00eb kan\u00eb tradit\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme kulturore kan\u00eb arritur t\u2019u b\u00ebjn\u00eb ball\u00eb huazimeve pa kriter, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb kancona italiane apo shansona franceze arrit\u00ebn t\u2019i b\u00ebnin ball\u00eb muzik\u00ebs rok.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb per\u00ebndimore ndryshimet jan\u00eb dinamike, ve\u00e7mas n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e krijimtaris\u00eb, por megjithat\u00eb vlerat nuk relativizohen, pa marr\u00eb parasysh statusin, vler\u00ebn e nj\u00eb vepre n\u00eb treg.<\/p>\n<p>Korrigjimi i vler\u00ebsimeve t\u00eb gabuara b\u00ebhet shpejt. Van Gogu ishte shum\u00eb i varf\u00ebr, ngaq\u00eb nuk arriti t\u00eb shiste asnj\u00ebr\u00ebn nga veprat e tij, por pas vdekjes s\u00eb tij ato mor\u00ebn \u00e7mime marramend\u00ebse.<\/p>\n<p>Neoshqiptarizmi u shqua m\u00eb shum\u00eb se l\u00ebvizjet e tjera, p\u00ebr shkak se si nocion arriti t\u00eb ng\u00ebrthente n\u00eb vete pik\u00ebsynimet kryesore kulturore, por edhe politike, ekonomike t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve. Madje do t\u00eb thosha se neoshqiptarizmi ishte, par exelence, l\u00ebvizje politike, q\u00eb synonte ta ndryshonte, ta korrigjonte kodin qytet\u00ebrues t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve, ta evropianizonte at\u00eb. Kjo ide, ndryshimi i struktur\u00ebs mendore t\u00eb njeriut, n\u00eb shekullin XIX dhe XX ishte shum\u00eb e p\u00ebrhapur. Rr\u00ebnj\u00ebt e nj\u00eb k\u00ebrkese t\u00eb till\u00eb duhet k\u00ebrkuar n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn e Rilindjes (Renesans\u00ebs), pastaj te Rusoi, G\u00ebteja, Marksi dhe Ni\u00e7eja, i cili, pasi e shpalli Zotin t\u00eb vdekur, e p\u00ebruroi mbinjeriun, krijes\u00ebn q\u00eb mund t\u00eb ekzistoj\u00eb edhe pa Zotin.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb Rusin\u00eb komuniste, po ashtu u eksperimentua me iden\u00eb e krijimit t\u00eb njeriut t\u00eb ri sovjetik, por kjo ide nuk ishte aq naive sa idet\u00eb e mendimtar\u00ebve t\u00eb mir\u00ebfillt\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqeshin t\u2019i zgjidhin problemet e thella shoq\u00ebrore me teorit\u00eb e ashtuquajtura t\u00eb dezalienimit. Njeriu i ri sovjetik nuk u identifikua me nocionin rus, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb strategjis\u00eb s\u00eb asimilimit t\u00eb efektsh\u00ebm dhe t\u00eb pahetuesh\u00ebm. Njeriu i ri nuk ishte as rus, as lituanez, as gjeorgjian, as kazak, turkmen, kirgiz, por sovjet q\u00eb, n\u00eb fakt, i kishte t\u00eb gjitha tiparet e rusit, gjuh\u00ebn, kultur\u00ebn n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n<p>Nga t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto p\u00ebrsiatje, vet\u00ebm neoshqiptarizmi ishte ide reale, e d\u00eblir\u00eb, pa at\u00eb pretenciozitet, megalomani dhe djall\u00ebzi t\u00eb teorive t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb asaj kohe. Derisa t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt synonin ta sovjetizonin, ta serbizonin, ta hispanizonin Evrop\u00ebn, shqiptar\u00ebt k\u00ebrkonin ta evropianizonin veten. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb dallim strategjik.<\/p>\n<p>Natyrisht ka pasur edhe l\u00ebvizje t\u00eb tjera kulturore, por shumica prej tyre kishin karakter individual dhe ishin n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb bartjes s\u00eb vlerave dhe tendencave q\u00eb ekzistonin n\u00eb katedra t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb universiteteve t\u00eb huaja ku studionin shqiptar\u00ebt. Mir\u00ebpo ato nuk u shnd\u00ebrruan n\u00eb l\u00ebvizje, pos n\u00ebse nga ky kategorizim e p\u00ebrjashtojm\u00eb periudh\u00ebn e komunizmit, kur krijimtaria varej kryek\u00ebput nga dogmat q\u00eb i pati imponuar ideologjia komuniste.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A kemi pasur truall, flasim edhe para koh\u00ebs s\u00eb diktatur\u00ebs, q\u00eb vendi yn\u00eb t\u00eb prodhoj\u00eb elit\u00eb intelektuale, q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrcjell\u00eb rrymat kulturore evropiane?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Gjithsesi. Vet\u00ebm n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e krijimtaris\u00eb statusi shoq\u00ebror nuk \u00e7on kandar. Dhuruesi i talentit, at\u00eb e ka ndar\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb barabart\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha shtresat shoq\u00ebrore dhe popuj, pa marr\u00eb parasysh madh\u00ebsin\u00eb e tyre. Madje popujt e vegj\u00ebl zakonisht jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb motivuar q\u00eb t\u00eb merren me krijimtari letrare, figurative, muzikore sesa me hulumtime shkencore.<\/p>\n<p>Tanim\u00eb jan\u00eb krijuar kushte elementare politike, ekonomike dhe profesionale q\u00eb krijuesit shqiptar\u00eb, duke i p\u00ebrcjell\u00eb rrymat e ndryshme kulturore, t\u00eb dallojn\u00eb tendenc\u00ebn kryesore nga ato an\u00ebsore dhe t\u00eb krijojn\u00eb vepra t\u00eb nivelit evropian. K\u00ebto maja, n\u00eb disa fusha q\u00eb tani jan\u00eb arritur.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb th\u00ebnie q\u00eb i vishet regjisorit Orson Uells, i cili vler\u00ebson se krijimtaria artistike nuk varet gjithaq nga \u00e7far\u00ebsia e sistemi shoq\u00ebror. Zviceran\u00ebt, pun\u00ebtor\u00eb t\u00eb zellsh\u00ebm dhe t\u00eb disiplinuar, thot\u00eb ai, n\u00eb pes\u00eb shekujt e kaluar kan\u00eb prodhuar vet\u00ebm or\u00ebn precize, nd\u00ebrkaq italian\u00ebt anarkik\u00eb, t\u00eb zhurmsh\u00ebm, skandaloz\u00eb, komplotist\u00eb, hedonist\u00eb kan\u00eb krijuar vepra kulmore artistike n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha fushat e kultur\u00ebs. P\u00ebr Bodlerin arti \u00ebsht\u00eb lulja e s\u00eb keqes. Shpeshher\u00eb e keqja, vuajtja, rreziku, n\u00ebn\u00e7mimi jan\u00eb motive m\u00eb t\u00eb fuqishme p\u00ebr krijimtari sesa mir\u00ebqenia, ahengu, siguria, vardisja\u2026 P\u00ebr k\u00ebto shkaqe besoj se krijimtaria artistike \u00ebsht\u00eb shans p\u00ebr popujt e vegj\u00ebl, pra edhe p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt q\u00eb t\u2019i afirmojn\u00eb vlerat komb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pse tek ne, ashtu si edhe mentaliteti q\u00eb zapton Ballkanin, gjithmon\u00eb nxitojm\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur dhe kurr\u00eb nuk jemi n\u00eb koh\u00eb me Evrop\u00ebn?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; P\u00ebr shkak se pjesa d\u00ebrmuese e ballkanasve nuk e njohin Evrop\u00ebn, por e paragjykojn\u00eb at\u00eb. Mosnjohja e Evrop\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb pasoj\u00eb e paragjykimeve m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebta, m\u00eb arrogante, t\u00eb tipit \u201ckurva plak\u00eb\u201d apo kontinent i degjeneruar etj. Por jo vet\u00ebm kaq. Shqiptar\u00ebt, ndon\u00ebse nuk kan\u00eb distanc\u00eb nga Evropa, megjithat\u00eb, edhe ato vlera q\u00eb i njohin, nuk i trajtojn\u00eb seriozisht, si di\u00e7ka fondamentale p\u00ebr nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri moderne. Jemi t\u00eb prir\u00eb ta pranojm\u00eb form\u00ebn, pa obligime ndaj p\u00ebrmbajtjes. E duam hedonizmin evropian, por jo stoicizmin, p\u00ebrkushtimin ndaj pun\u00ebs, seriozitetin e tyre, respektimin e ligjit. Gjenetika, origjina apo gjeografia nuk jan\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktues t\u00eb mjaftuesh\u00ebm t\u00eb identitetit evropian, por sistemi i vlerave.<\/p>\n<p>Zhvillimi politik, ekonomik dhe qytet\u00ebrues i Evrop\u00ebs ka nj\u00eb parahistori t\u00eb gjat\u00eb dhe nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb aspak rast\u00ebsi. Dokumenti i par\u00eb q\u00eb ngushton hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn e sovranit (mbretit) dhe q\u00eb paralajm\u00ebron konceptin e shtetit ligjor, parakushtit p\u00ebr zhvillim t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb, Magna Carta Libertatum, u hartua m\u00eb 15.6.1215. Ky ishte dokumenti i par\u00eb q\u00eb e kufizoi pushtetin absolut t\u00eb mbretit (John Laclandit, Gjonit Patok\u00eb) dhe krijoi kushte p\u00ebr p\u00ebrhapjen e ides\u00eb, t\u00eb standardit kushtetues q\u00eb garanton mbrojtjen e drejtave dhe lirive e njeriut. Ky dokument ka r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi historike, ngaq\u00eb e hapi shtegun p\u00ebr humanizim t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb. Kjo ndodhi shekuj m\u00eb par\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Po ashtu nuk kuptohet drejt se hulumtimi shkencor ishte shum\u00eb i hersh\u00ebm dhe aspak i rast\u00ebsish\u00ebm q\u00eb, nga ana tjet\u00ebr, duke tentuar t\u2019i verifikoj\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtetat n\u00eb librat e shenjt\u00eb hapi shtegun p\u00ebr konceptet shekullare, p\u00ebr ndarje t\u00eb kish\u00ebs, religjionit nga shteti, t\u00eb v\u00ebrtetave shkencore nga dogmat. K\u00ebto ndryshime, lufta kund\u00ebr obskurantizmit mesjetar, k\u00ebrkonin njer\u00ebz me guxim t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonsh\u00ebm, q\u00eb adhuronin t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn m\u00eb shum\u00eb sesa q\u00eb frik\u00ebsoheshin nga pasojat e demaskimit t\u00eb dogmave, q\u00eb e mposhtnin frik\u00ebn fal\u00eb p\u00ebrkushtimit p\u00ebr ta zbuluar dhe kumtuar t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb Evrop\u00eb, q\u00eb nga fillimi ndodhi p\u00ebrplasja nd\u00ebrmjet doktrin\u00ebs s\u00eb krishter\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebshir\u00ebs, t\u00eb mosdhun\u00ebs dhe mend\u00ebsis\u00eb luftarake, protofashiste t\u00eb evropian\u00ebve. Bie fjala, pas shp\u00ebrb\u00ebrjes s\u00eb Perandoris\u00eb Otomane detyrimisht humbi funksionin edhe institucioni q\u00eb krijonte unitet n\u00eb bot\u00ebn islame, kalifi, kalifati. Ky institucion ng\u00ebrthente n\u00eb vete dy funksione kryesore, at\u00eb t\u00eb prij\u00ebsit politik dhe at\u00eb t\u00eb prij\u00ebsit fetar. Ata q\u00eb verb\u00ebrisht jan\u00eb kund\u00ebr nacionalizmit dhe ofrojn\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsimin e tij me p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsi ndaj grupimeve tjera, harrojn\u00eb faktin se vet\u00ebm nacionalizmi krijon mekanizma t\u00eb q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm, shtetin, q\u00eb mbron dhe kultivon vlera me t\u00eb cilat identifikohet nj\u00eb njeri.<\/p>\n<p>Jan\u00eb absurde dhe kund\u00ebrth\u00ebn\u00ebse tezat q\u00eb pohojn\u00eb se m\u00eb par\u00eb ndjenja nacionale nuk paska ekzistuar, si dhe tezat se ndjenjat e sotme nacionale qenkan anakroniz\u00ebm. Por, askush nuk mund t\u00eb mohoj\u00eb faktin se popujt q\u00eb kan\u00eb krijuar m\u00eb her\u00ebt shtetin e tyre jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrparuar sesa popujt q\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb arritur ta realizojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb q\u00ebllim, ose faktin se shtetet nacionale jan\u00eb imune ndaj faktor\u00ebve shp\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00ebs. Nj\u00eb popull q\u00eb nuk arrin t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb shtetin nacional, nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb do t\u2019i angazhoj\u00eb kapacitet p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb q\u00ebllim dhe shum\u00eb aspekte t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb e b\u00ebjn\u00eb jet\u00ebn e njeriut interesante do t\u00eb lihen pas dore, p\u00ebrfshi k\u00ebtu edhe angazhimin kulturor. Si pasoj\u00eb e gjith\u00eb k\u00ebsaj \u00ebsht\u00eb shthurja e elit\u00ebs, ikja e trurit n\u00eb shtete t\u00eb tjera. Aty ku nacionalizmi ka qen\u00eb ideal frym\u00ebzues, aty zhvillimi \u00ebsht\u00eb i pandalsh\u00ebm, aty madje m\u00eb leht\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohet shteti funksional ligjor dhe aty ku nacionalizmi \u00ebsht\u00eb i rrejsh\u00ebm, i keqp\u00ebrdorur p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime t\u00eb tjera, shfaqen procese degjeneruese q\u00eb e komprometojn\u00eb at\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Si mund t\u00eb shkulet ndryshe e kaluara, ajo pjes\u00eb e mentalitetit q\u00eb e l\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb pas pa ndri\u00e7imin e s\u00eb ardhmes, vizionin?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>-Mendoj se \u00e7do gj\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e lidhur me vet\u00ebdijen e njeriut, me vler\u00ebsimet e tija t\u00eb ngjarjeve, t\u00eb proceseve, t\u00eb rolit t\u00eb personaliteteve, t\u00eb trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb, t\u00eb huazimeve etj. T\u00eb qenit gjat\u00eb koh\u00eb n\u00ebn sundimin e huaj ka ndikuar q\u00eb t\u00eb interiorizohen (t\u00eb brend\u00ebsohen) huazimet nga kulturat e tjera, duke filluar nga kostumet e deri te sintaksa, struktura e gjuh\u00ebs. K\u00ebto dep\u00ebrtime t\u00eb huazimeve, shpesh b\u00ebhen pjes\u00eb e identitetit t\u00eb nj\u00eb populli sa q\u00eb ato nuk njihen m\u00eb si element i huaj. Bie fjala, n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, n\u00eb epiqendr\u00ebn e kultur\u00ebs shqiptare, dimit\u00eb (\u00e7itjanet, kulet) ende paraqiten si pjes\u00eb e tradit\u00ebs komb\u00ebtare ose disa k\u00ebng\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb ndikuar nga m\u00ebnyra e k\u00ebndimit t\u00eb ilahive, jan\u00eb t\u00eb bindur se ai k\u00ebndim, ato k\u00ebng\u00eb jan\u00eb reprezent\u00eb t\u00eb denj\u00eb t\u00eb tradit\u00ebs son\u00eb muzikore ose kapu\u00e7at me dantella, t\u00eb ngjashme me ato t\u00eb popujve t\u00eb lindjes s\u00eb mesme, \u00e7ifut\u00ebve, arab\u00ebve, pakistanez\u00ebve, tashm\u00eb, p\u00ebr nj\u00eb segment t\u00eb popullit shqiptar, jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb pjes\u00eb e identitetit t\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb krejt\u00ebsisht e qart\u00eb se huazimet nuk mund t\u00eb ndalen me urdhra, si n\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn, t\u00eb tashmen ose t\u00eb ardhmen, mir\u00ebpo di\u00e7ka tjet\u00ebr duhet t\u00eb merret parasysh: huazimi i muzik\u00ebs rok apo rep nuk mund t\u00eb relativizohet me at\u00eb t\u00eb ilahive, ngaq\u00eb k\u00ebto t\u00eb fundit paraqiten si pjes\u00eb tipizuese e tradit\u00ebs son\u00eb, origjin\u00ebs son\u00eb, ashtu si blu-xhinsat q\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb krahasohen me kapu\u00e7at-dantell\u00eb q\u00eb sot perceptohen si element t\u00eb tradit\u00ebs. \u00c7dokush sot di se muzika rok apo blu-xhinsat jan\u00eb huazime, por shum\u00eb pak veta din\u00eb se ilahit\u00eb, nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e madhe e muzik\u00ebs son\u00eb popullore, si dhe dimit\u00eb, sofra, t\u00eb ulurit k\u00ebmb\u00ebkryq etj. jan\u00eb po ashtu huazime, madje edhe m\u00eb t\u00eb rrezikshme, ngaq\u00eb trajtohen si fondament i kultur\u00ebs dhe i identitetit ton\u00eb komb\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n<p>Disa shtete formohen si pasoj\u00eb e idealeve etnike, t\u00eb cilat b\u00ebhen komb\u00ebtare pas formimit t\u00eb shtetit, disa mbi baza t\u00eb interesit politik, strategjik etj. K\u00ebto t\u00eb fundit e formojn\u00eb shtetin pastaj e form\u00ebsojn\u00eb identitetin komb\u00ebtar, si SHBA-t\u00eb bie fjala. \u00cbsht\u00eb absurde q\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb shtet q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb ngritur mbi interesin etnik, t\u00eb p\u00ebrthahet segmenti kulturor, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht, b\u00ebrthama e identitetit komb\u00ebtar, faktori q\u00eb e nxiti procesin e formimit t\u00eb shtetit komb\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n<p>S\u2019ka nevoj\u00eb t\u00eb shkulet e kaluara p\u00ebr t\u00eb pasur vizion p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen, por duhet n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb kritike t\u00eb ndri\u00e7ohen p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsit\u00eb, me mjeshtri t\u00eb gdhendet guri i diamantit ose t\u00eb ndahet, t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn n\u00eb planin e vet\u00ebdijes komb\u00ebtare, shapi prej sheqerit. \u00c7do popull i civilizuar e ka b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Energjia jon\u00eb, ballkanike, mesdhetare, \u00e7far\u00eb mund t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr ve\u00e7 mbajtjes lidhur pas kompleksit dhe krijimit t\u00eb miteve \u2013 a mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb k\u00ebto arsye pse Ballkani \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb qerthull gjithnj\u00eb dhe nuk ec\u00ebn p\u00ebrpara\u2026<\/p>\n<p>-Vetvetiu asgj\u00eb t\u00eb keqe nuk vjen nga mitet, por nga instrumentalizimi i tyre p\u00ebr interesa hegjemoniste nacionaliste, nga keqp\u00ebrdorimi i tyre politik q\u00eb krijon vuajtje dhe tragjedi te popujt e tjer\u00eb.
