N\u00eb total, p\u00ebr vitin q\u00eb lam\u00eb pas ky institucion ka shpenzuar plot 85.6 milion\u00eb lek\u00eb t\u00eb vjetra p\u00ebr t\u00eb bler\u00eb karburant p\u00ebr automjete dhe ngrohje.<\/p>\n<p>Shuma prej 85.6 milion\u00eb lek\u00ebsh e p\u00ebrdorur nga Kuvendi p\u00ebr blerje karburanti \u00ebsht\u00eb shpenzuar n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet dy procedurave t\u00eb prokurimit, apo th\u00ebn\u00eb m\u00eb sakt\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet dy kontratave t\u00eb ndryshme. Fillimisht ky institucion ka zhvilluar nj\u00eb procedur\u00eb prokurimi t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb, pa tender, p\u00ebr t\u00eb bler\u00eb nj\u00eb sasi prej 6.3 milion lek\u00eb karburant vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr nevojat e fillim-vitit, derisa t\u00eb kryhej tenderi i p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr gjith\u00eb vitin. K\u00ebt\u00eb kontrat\u00eb parlamenti e lidhte n\u00eb 21 janar t\u00eb 2011, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb para kryeministris\u00eb vriteshin 4 protestues, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb videos Meta-Prifti. Kontrata e dyt\u00eb kap vler\u00ebn e 85.6 milion\u00eb lek\u00eb t\u00eb vjetra karburant.<\/p>\n<p>Po t\u00eb marr\u00ebsh n\u00eb konsiderat\u00eb q\u00eb Krye-parlamentarja p\u00ebr t\u00eb mb\u00ebrritur n\u00eb sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e saj ec\u00ebn n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt me at\u00eb q\u00eb lejohet nga tabelat e qarkullimit (i bie shkurt), nuk kuptohet mir\u00eb se ku shpenzohet gjith\u00eb ky karburant.
