Ndodh t\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb ta hapin dhe n\u00eb historin\u00eb politike t\u00eb rajonit. Ve\u00e7se k\u00ebsaj radhe nuk jan\u00eb grek\u00eb ata q\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb ta hapin. Kjo gj\u00eb ndodh jo se kan\u00eb hequr dor\u00eb nga \u201ckurioziteti\u201d i tep\u00ebrt por sepse kriza ekonomike q\u00eb i ka kapluar ua ka zbehur at\u00eb. Nuk jan\u00eb as shqiptar\u00ebt q\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb ta hapin, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt n\u00eb fakt kan\u00eb nj\u00ebmij\u00eb e nj\u00eb arsye q\u00eb ta nd\u00ebrmarrin k\u00ebt\u00eb veprim, por jan\u00eb fqinj\u00ebt e tyre serb\u00ebt, q\u00eb duhet m\u00eb shum\u00eb se t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt t\u00eb heshtnin p\u00ebr k\u00ebto biseda.<\/p>\n<p>E megjithat\u00eb ata nuk heshtin, s\u2019din\u00eb as t\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb falje por hedhin dhe propozime n\u00eb tryez\u00eb p\u00ebr ndarje territoresh n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Sikur ky lajm t\u00eb vinte nga media t\u00eb vogla apo nga ndonj\u00eb zyrtar i mes\u00ebm i ministris\u00eb s\u00eb pun\u00ebve t\u00eb jashtme t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb, ky propozim do kalonte pa u ndjer\u00eb por kur artikulohet nga presidenti serb Boris Tadic, sigurisht q\u00eb duhet trajtuar seriozisht. Por a ka moral n\u00eb at\u00eb se \u00e7ka propozon presidenti serb? Si kan\u00eb qen\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet m\u00eb par\u00eb midis shqiptar\u00ebve dhe fqinj\u00ebve t\u00eb vet, q\u00eb k\u00ebta t\u00eb fundit tashm\u00eb tregohen dhe kaq \u201czem\u00ebrgjer\u00eb\u201d sa t\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb dhe ndarje territoresh.<\/p>\n<p>Eduard Grey, ish-minist\u00ebr i Jasht\u00ebm i Britanis\u00eb s\u00eb Madhe, deklaroi n\u00eb Dhom\u00ebn e Komuneve m\u00eb 1913 se: Marr\u00ebveshja nd\u00ebrmjet Fuqive, lidhur me kufijt\u00eb veriore t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, u arrit pas nj\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje diplomatike t\u00eb gjat\u00eb dhe t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb. U vendos q\u00eb \u2026 Peja, Prizreni, Dibra dhe pas shum\u00eb bisedimesh, Gjakova, t\u00eb lihen jasht\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Kjo marr\u00ebveshje l\u00eb nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb madhe territori p\u00ebr t\u2019u ndar\u00eb midis Serbis\u00eb dhe Malit t\u00eb Zi si fryt i fitores s\u00eb tyre\u2026Un\u00eb e di far\u00eb mir\u00eb se kur gjith\u00e7ka do t\u00eb b\u00ebhet e njohur, kjo zgjidhje do t\u00eb jap\u00eb shkas n\u00eb shum\u00eb pika p\u00ebr kritika t\u00eb forta nga kushdo q\u00eb e njeh vendin\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Sot gjithkush n\u00eb bot\u00eb e di se popullsia e Pej\u00ebs, Prizrenit, Dibr\u00ebs dhe Gjakov\u00ebs ishin shqiptare dhe vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb shqiptare, por edhe pas nd\u00ebrhyrjes n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe krijimit t\u00eb shtetit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, qytetar\u00ebt e Pej\u00ebs, Prizrenit e Gjakov\u00ebs e kan\u00eb t\u00eb ndaluar me Kushtetut\u00ebn e shtetit t\u00eb tyre q\u00eb t\u00eb bashkohen me nj\u00eb shtet t\u00eb tret\u00eb (kupto Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb), kurse qytetar\u00ebt e Dibr\u00ebs duhet t\u00eb pajisen me pasaporta, ku komb\u00ebsia e tyre do sh\u00ebnohet maqedonas.<\/p>\n<p>Arsyeja se pse shqiptar\u00ebt duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb ndar\u00eb n\u00eb pes\u00eb shtete n\u00eb Ballkan, disa politikan\u00eb n\u00eb Bruksel e justifikojn\u00eb me faktin se duhet t\u00eb ruhet stabiliteti i brisht\u00eb i Ballkanit dhe p\u00ebr hir t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj, shqiptar\u00ebt duhet t\u00eb pranojn\u00eb t\u00eb jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb 5 shtete. Por a ka n\u00eb fakt n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye ndonj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb re? Po t\u00eb lexojm\u00eb prap\u00eb se \u00e7\u2019thot\u00eb Ed\u00ebard Grey m\u00eb 1913, marrim s\u00ebrish nj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje t\u00eb sakt\u00eb. \u201cArritja e k\u00ebsaj marr\u00ebveshjeje ishte esenciale p\u00ebr paqen e Evrop\u00ebs dhe sipas mendimit tim ajo u arrit n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e duhur p\u00ebr t\u00eb ruajtur paqen midis fuqive t\u00eb m\u00ebdha\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb fakt, jo m\u00eb pak se nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb von\u00eb, krisma e revolverit q\u00eb vrau Arqiduk\u00ebn Ferdinand n\u00eb Sarajev\u00eb shkat\u00ebrroi paqen evropiane dhe kontinenti plak u zhyt n\u00eb Luft\u00ebn e Par\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore, dhe si rrjedhoj\u00eb caktimi i kufijve t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb nuk sh\u00ebrbeu p\u00ebr asgj\u00eb, por hara\u00e7in e k\u00ebsaj marr\u00ebveshjeje shqiptar\u00ebt kan\u00eb nj\u00eb shekull q\u00eb e mbajn\u00eb mbi kurriz. Po a nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e tep\u00ebrt , n\u00eb shekullin e Globalizmit dhe t\u00eb integrimit t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb t\u00eb flitet p\u00ebr nacionaliz\u00ebm? A nuk shkon kjo gj\u00eb kund\u00ebr rrym\u00ebs s\u00eb gj\u00ebrave dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb shqet\u00ebsuese p\u00ebr marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet e shqiptar\u00ebve me t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt? Me pak fjal\u00eb a \u00ebsht\u00eb i rreziksh\u00ebm nacionalizmi shqiptar p\u00ebr fqinj\u00ebt dhe rrjedhimisht dhe p\u00ebr paqen n\u00eb Ballkan?<\/p>\n<p>Mbrojtje dhe prosperiteti i kombit dhe territoreve ku banon nj\u00eb komb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb e drejt\u00eb legjitime e \u00e7do kombi e sanksionuar n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha traktatet nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare .Zgjedhja e arritjes s\u00eb k\u00ebtij q\u00ebllimi n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet paqes dhe bisedimeve q\u00eb afrojn\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha konventat nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare dhe jo n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet agresionit, ekspansionit apo shovinizmit ndaj vendeve dhe popujve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, tregon nj\u00eb shkall\u00eb civilizimi q\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt e kishin q\u00eb nj\u00eb shekull m\u00eb par\u00eb kur Sami Frash\u00ebri shprehej tek \u201cShqip\u00ebria \u00e7\u2019ka qen\u00eb, \u00e7\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb dhe \u00e7do t\u00eb b\u00ebhet\u201d<br \/>\n\u201cse q\u00ebllim i vet\u00ebm i shqiptar\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb ruajn\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb t\u00eb mos cop\u00ebtohet prej t\u00eb huajve, t\u00eb mbajn\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn, kombin e tyre, t\u2019u rrin\u00eb kundrejt intrigave t\u00eb armiqve t\u00eb tyre t\u00eb ndalojn\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrhapurit e gjuh\u00ebve e mendimeve t\u00eb grek\u00ebve dhe sllav\u00ebve t\u00eb cilat po rr\u00ebmojn\u00eb themelet e po i nxjerrin rr\u00ebnj\u00ebt Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe shqiptar\u00ebve\u201d. Ndaj n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb sens nacionalizmi shqiptar nuk fyen ask\u00ebnd, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i rreziksh\u00ebm p\u00ebr fqinj\u00ebt pasi nuk i k\u00ebrc\u00ebnon ata me pogrome shp\u00ebrngulje dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb faktor stabilizues n\u00eb Ballkan.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt, k\u00ebrc\u00ebnimet q\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt hasin nga fqinj\u00ebt e vet Serbia dhe Greqia vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb reflektojn\u00eb emocionet dhe ethet e platformave nacionaliste t\u00eb shekullit t\u00eb kaluar , mbi baz\u00ebn e t\u00eb cilave u caktuan kufijt\u00eb e Ballkanit. Normalisht q\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb kishte asnj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb keqe n\u00ebse k\u00ebto platforma do p\u00ebrmbanin n\u00eb vetvete vet\u00ebm sensin e mir\u00eb t\u00eb formimit t\u00eb shteteve-komb brenda kufijve t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb t\u00eb tyre, por kur kujton luft\u00ebrat ballkanike, Luft\u00ebn e Par\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore, spastrimet etnike dhe vrasjet n\u00eb mas\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb realizuar \u00ebndrrat e tyre t\u00eb zgjerimit n\u00eb kurriz t\u00eb kombeve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, \u00e7do politikan n\u00eb Bruksel dhe Uashington rr\u00ebqethet.<\/p>\n<p>Ndaj shpesh her\u00eb ka dhe nj\u00eb qortim dhe thirrje p\u00ebr vet\u00ebp\u00ebrmbajtje, drejtuar kryesisht ndaj shqiptar\u00ebve, pasi besojn\u00eb se n\u00ebse shqiptar\u00ebt p\u00ebrfshihen nga nacionalizmi do shkat\u00ebrrojn\u00eb stabilitetin e Ballkanit. As m\u00eb shum\u00eb as m\u00eb pak se \u00e7ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Grey nj\u00eb shekull m\u00eb par\u00eb se vendimet e mbrapshta ndaj Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb u mor\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb shp\u00ebtuar paqen dhe stabilitetin. Mir\u00ebpo nj\u00eb analist i thjesht\u00eb i Ballkanit, kur lexon se \u00e7ka shkruar Sami Frash\u00ebri n\u00eb 1899 realizon se q\u00eb nga ajo koh\u00eb, duket se nuk kan\u00eb ndryshuar shum\u00eb gj\u00ebra. Shqiptar\u00ebt s\u00ebrish p\u00ebrballen me serb\u00ebt p\u00ebr shk\u00ebmbime dhe ndarje territoresh n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe akoma nuk kan\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar kufirin detar me Greqin\u00eb n jug!<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrs\u00ebritje fatale e historis\u00eb apo koincidenc\u00eb? N\u00ebse n\u00eb Lond\u00ebr, nuk do t\u00eb ishte hapur dhe plot\u00ebsuar oreksi fqinj\u00ebve tan\u00eb me territore shqiptare, sot nuk do t\u00eb kishim t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtat probleme.
